I’ve become a google review girl. So I was assigned this dentist by my horrible work insurance so I was a little weary about going here. I’ve always had poor dentition and was a frequent flyer at the dentist growing up lol. This was my first visit in about a year and a half to establish care, they were SUPER nice and quick. Found that I had a cavity (surprise surprise) and today got it filled. So I’ve had a lot of cavities-And when I tell you I felt NOTHING?? Incredible. Didn’t feel the numbing shot, no nerve pain at all. I was out in about 20 minutes. Amazing 🙏

My dental experience was great. I get anxious when I have a dental appointment, but Dr. Gray and his assistant did the procedure so fast and I had no pain. I will return to get more work done. If you are looking for a great dentist to do quality work this is the office for you. Dr. Gray takes much pride in what he does. I still can’t believe I was able to make it through this procedure without gagging. This is the first time I was able to do that. I will definitely be back.

I have had three appointments at Gray Dental Care and have been very happy with each. I experienced gentle kindness each step of the way from checking in to making an appointment for the next visit. At each phase of my dental care, everything was explained clearly, and I was given options and the benefits of each so that I could make a good decision. The routine checkup and cleaning were comfortable as was the preparation for a new crown. I am so pleased that I found this amazing dental practice! I highly recommend Gray Dental Care.

Awesome experience as always. I miss my previous hygienist (Benoush), who retired but Quentin introduced himself and proved to be very efficient & effective. Quick and painless cleaning. I was actually considering changing dentists, after this visit, to one closer to home because Gray Dental is 20 miles from my house & my hygienist retired, but decided to give Quentin a chance - great personality and great customer service skills. I will go back for my next appointment!

I've been going to Dr. Gray for several years now and, as odd as it sounds regarding Dentistry, it's always been a pleasant experience! Yesterday I had a Crown done and there was no pain, it was executed in an efficient way and all around professional. I have been a patient at Gray Dental for almost 5 years and have the utmost confidence in the care I've received.

Dr. Gray is professional, friendly, and efficient. Some other dentists I've been to have given me the feeling that the treatment they recommend might be excessive, driven more in the interest of generating income than my dental health. I've never felt that way with Dr. Gray.

Behnoush has been my hygienist for each visit and I can't imagine a more tranquil personality for that job. Her peaceful and professional way makes it so much easier to relax.

All in all, I couldn't be happier with the care that Gray Dental has provided me and my family.

I was late for my appointment. The doctor and staff couldn’t have been more accommodating.

I'm coming back from being out of town. I'm in Jackson but have not had a thorough cleaning since moving to Jackson. The dental hygienist act as if she is afraid to do her job. I don't have the time. Gray Dental have always been great so I'm driving an hour and 45 minutes to get my teeth cleaned professionally.

Went to Gray Dental as a new patient today, embarrassed to say, I'm scared to death of a dentist. Carol Ann took care of me from the time I walked in, until the time I left. Dr. Gray is awesome and took care of me. My family will definitely start going here.

Hands down, Dr. Phillip Gray is the best dentist I’ve ever had. He takes excellent care of my teeth (he even fixed what a prior dentist had royally screwed up). I couldn’t be happier and I would highly recommend his services. Btw, Dr. Grey is not going to do a bunch of unnecessary things, try upsell you a service or practice beyond his scope. (This seems be common with other dentist’s now...) So if you’re interested in a solid dentist that will get your mouth on track, he’s it.

Dr. Gray is excellent person he make sure you don’t feel any pain while he is during procedure to your mouth! Very comforting doctor! And the staff is amazing!
