We had a great experience with Parthenon and Cristian. Everyone was friendly and our appointment was seamless from beginning to end. Our AC had not been properly cooling and Cristian was able to determine the issue and quickly fix it. Will definitely use this company again!

Ned is the first person I've actually met with Parthenon and he was fantastic! Very upbeat, answered all my crazy questions, very thorough and went above and beyond to complete the work. I also had great interactions with the people I spoke with (Joette was my first 1st impression, and she made a good one!). I also felt the charges were reasonable for the work completed. Very satisfied!

Parthenon has done excellent plumbing and heating work for us the past few years. Their quotes have been fair and accurate, and the work has been great. Most recently, Nathan replaced our AC unit. The replacement was done quickly and the new unit is working very well.

Always happy to refer and compliment Parthenon. They won me over years ago when I used them as a 2nd opinion for a bid that another, more widely recognized company quoted OVER 2k to make repairs to duct work. That company offered no photos and pressured me to get the work done.

When I called Parthenon, they were easy to schedule with, came when they said they would, and made the repairs for UNDER $300 - with dated before and after photos.

Always professional, patient with my questions, and transparent on what they are doing. I strongly recommend! And… if you aren’t sure, just use them as a second opinion. I don’t want to get political - but I’m confident they will win you over!

These guys were great. Quick & responsive to an outdoor faucet that wouldn’t shut off. Tyree was friendly and got the job done quickly! Will use again.

Great experience with Parthenon! I woke up to no hot water, and Jesse was able to get to me in just two hours. He diagnosed the problem quickly and sent Tim to install my new hot water heater right away. Both of these guys are fantastic! Experienced, friendly, and professional. It's a wonderful company, and I'll be calling them again with any plumbing issues in the future.

I am always delighted to have Eli come to work on my plumbing issues. He is patient as he explains each job he does so that I understand the reasoning behind his choices. Today he installed a new water heater and he walked me through what was different with the new heater, showing me how to turn off the water, what to look for and how to maintain it for best and longest usage,. He is a real pleasure to be around and and he is thorough and works with a problem until he finds a good solution.

We had a pipe burst and someone recommended calling Parthenon. I called them right at 7:00am and even though they were booked pretty solid-they were so kind and promised to call me and check in until someone could come over and take a look...it ended up working out that they were able to get someone over right away and the situation was fixed by 9am! They are great at problem solving, communicating, and really care about people and I am so thankful someone recommended them!

Ned came out today to check what we thought was a BIG plumbing issue. He thoroughly
checked and cleaned every joint and connection of the pipes in our crawl space and reassured us that everything was fine. We’re also in the middle of a huge bathroom and kitchen renovation at a new home and Ned has done a ton of excellent plumbing work for us there. We are so grateful to him and Parthenon for taking such good care of us!

Adam from Parthenon is awesome - took proper time and care to diagnose our HVAC problem, then again on explaining and spearheading the installation of a replacement unit.

He was also very thorough and clear in explaining the diagnostic process, the problems he identified, and the range of repair/replacement options. He was also very specific explaining some of the less intuitive parts of the cost breakdown on repair and replacement - full transparency on all fronts, which I really, really appreciate.

Projected arrival time was accurate! Dan was professional and very courteous. He answered all my questions. He was efficient and left the area as he found it. Extremely pleased!

We use Parthenon Plumbing for our Commercial building needs. They have always been prompt, professional, and their communication is really good. I appreciate them giving different options if available for our specific issues and being so descriptive of the summary of service on their payment invoices.

That being said, during this last issue our office had, Eli went above and beyond with his communication and follow up during his services. He kept us updated on the status of his work and resolved our problem in a timely fashion. We really appreciate his kindness!

Tim and Tyree installed a 80gal water heater for us today. They were on time and friendly. Time and Tyree were able to identify a potential issue with the install. I was thankful they were quickly able to resolved it. Good Job.

Our hot water heater broke late on a Sunday afternoon. Parthenon Plumbing was the only service that answered the phone with a live person, when we called. They sent Eli, a truly talented plumber, to our home the first thing Monday morning. He removed our old water heater (which was in a difficult spot in our crawl space) and replaced it with a brand new one that same morning. We could not have been happier or more impressed. Parthenon Plumbing is a fantastic company!

Follow up visit re some potential toilet leak issues and clogged bathtub drain: once again both Eli and Tyree were stars! They fixed the problem(s) and were incredibly gracious and polite in the process. We love this company!
