Man, Aaliyah and the other male worker(I wish that I knew his name as well) were excellent, fun, courteous, professional, and sweet. They really made my day and I love the vehicle that I was placed in, thank you all so much!

Flex drive is awesome. I love driving the Honda Insight Hybrid. It's really good on gas. The employees at the LYFT hub location where you pick up the Flex drive vehicles are awesome. They're very professional and take good care of their drivers. I love working for Lyft!

Why in Nashville Tennessee driver accepted a nother state license plate

I had put down a suv that I wanted to drive but that was before gas went up but thank God they gave me a hybrid and I literally get 611 miles on a full tank. They saved my pockets!!

I really like the cars I get rented. They are literally brand new. They are clean and in really good condition. Price is really reasonable and affordable. The ladies there are always polite and talks to me like a person. I do wish they offered unlimited personal miles package. The pay isn't great but it will be good for what I need it for. To payoff debt and get my own car. I recently returned a car because I was wanting to do Uber again because pay is better. I instantly regretted it. I was rented a electric car that took nearly two hours to charge. I decided to come back because my patience was getting thin. This time was totally different. I was 30 minutes early. So I went inside. I don't suggest taking the appointment when they first open. There was someone that looked like a kid said they were closed. Turns out it was employee son. I tried explaining I had an appointment. So I got on my phone until I was waited on. It was big black dude that waited one. It's not about his race he came across as rude. He made comment wasn't I here last week. It was 10 days ago. He didn't even let me explain why I decided to come back. I liked I got suv. He seemed really annoyed because I had to drop off the Uber rental and I was going to comeback for the rental. I said it be 30 minutes. He kept asking two or three times only 30 minutes because of space. I offered to move to different spot. It ended up being at least 45 minutes because it was in Mt Juliet. I tried my best because I had to order a Uber. When he was doing my rental. He didn't even offer chair to sit down. I wasn't going to ask. It's hard for me to stand because of foot and ankle condition I have. Once he put my stuff in computer. He gave me the look here's your keys get out. Truthfully he treated me like a child. Once I got out the Uber I hurried in the car and left. I'm disabled with anxiety and didn't need this.
