The people here have provided the best dental experience I’ve ever had, hands down. My teeth have never been great and it was finally time to get them out and the people here did an amazing job. The procedure was relatively pain free and they walked me through what to expect every step of the way.

It doesn’t stop there, though. Post op care is arguably just as important and they shine equally as well in this regard. They are super flexible and willing to work with you and explain everything. I have been back a number of times after my extractions and they have taken extremely good care of me.

I still look forward to my permanent prosthesis and will update this review when that time comes (when my healing period has passed).

Update: I got my permanents a while ago now, and they are great. They look amazing and I get compliments regularly. So Nashville Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry has both the dentistry skills as well as the denture skills. If I had to do it all again I wouldn’t change anything!

What a great place!! Dr. Cottrill and his staff really took great care of me. I will recommend them to my friends and family for sure!! The fact that they aren't in network with either of my insurances doesn't have any effect on the payment their office will receive as most insurance has out of network benefits available. I never would have known that but the knowledgeable staff informed me about my benefits in terms I could easily understand. These people really care about their patients and it shows! Thank you Dr. Cottrill and your fantastic caring staff.

I have been going here for over 15 years. The Dr. Is amazing ! He is personable and easy to talk too. He is exceptional with the work he does. Never pushy. Cheryl is also amazing. She is funny and very good at her job as well. The whole staff is friendly and actually treat you like a friend or family member. Highly recommended!!

If you are reading this, let me tell how amazing Dr Cottrill and his staff are. I have had extensive dental work with several implants done. Dental work causes me incredible anxiety since I was a child. Dr Cottrill is a master at difficult cases. His knowledge and the layman terms he explains your personal case makes you feel at ease and comfortable. When you are sedated, you feel very vulnerable. Both Dr. Cottrill and his staff made me at ease, comfortable and had nothing but my care at heart. Stephanie and Rachel took such incredible care of me throughout the entire procedure. They let me know what was going on the entire time. When the procedure was done, still very sedated, I remember feeling very special, like I was the only case they had and felt like they treated me as if I was one of their familly members I can't say enough good things about this office. Dr Cottrills' work looks amazing and the staff are very caring. If you are needing dental care of any kind, you will be glad you chose Nashville Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry. They are the best. Wish there were more than 5 stars I could give for the work and care I received. Go ahead, schedule your appointment. You will not be disappointed, promise!

I am afraid of the dentist and have been avoiding going to have someone look at a tooth that was bothering me bc the prospect was terrifying. Dental visits are inevitably painful and expensive. I was pretty sure I had a cracked tooth that would need many procedures.
Finally, I went to see Dr. Cottrill. He did a thorough examination, X-rays, CBCT scan, and we talked in depth about the state of my teeth. It turns out I do not have a cracked tooth. It is fine. I was expecting Dr Cottrill to tell me I should get a crown anyway, just in case. I was pleased to discover, he is conservative in treatment plans.
I highly recommend this dental office. My whole family are now patients. In fact, I am flying my mother in from FL to get an exam and get all of her dental treatment completed by Dr. Cottrill. He is an honest man, and a good dentist.

Today I went to Dr. Adam Cottrill’s office and I was very upset with myself as I didn’t Thank Dr cottrill for my beautiful smile 😊 Although I only have my temporary on I want to say that his staff and services was excellent. Great staff! Dr. Cottrill is amazing. He and his staff are friendly and professional and always put me at ease. They are very caring, compassionate and empathetic. The way Dr. Cottrill and his staff crafted my teeth is nothing short of miraculous. He has earned a lifelong loyal patient in me.

The office is clean comfortable quiet and well decorated with comfortable seating except I did not have to wait. Office staff are friendly helpful and professional. Dental hygienist is excellent. She provides an excellent cleaning without causing pain knows when to report a problem to the dentist who is warm friendly professional and did an excellent job of explaining the images of my teeth and gums as well as the procedures required to get the best personalized outcome. I was given the cost for the procedure which was reasonable for this procedure. I highly recommend Nashville cosmetic and Implant Dentistry.

There will be just a few more weeks before my case is totally complete, but I must say, my experience with Nashville Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry has been superb! From the staff to the dentist - these are the nicest, most caring, efficient people I've ever encountered in a very long time. If you need dental work - of any kind - I highly recommend this place!!

I liked the overall atmosphere from the time I opened the door. While the prices for the most part are average/ their not more nor are they less, it's what you're going to get for the price.
All the ladies were personable and friendly in addition to very accommodating.
The Doctor was laid back, relaxed, thorough and made sure your options were covered. The whole experience made me relaxed and knowing I would be in good hands moving forward with him. He didn't try to sell me on anything so there was no pressure and what he pointed out as something he thought would be good to do, no one else I'd seen ever brought it up.
He looks at the basics and then goes from there. I like his planned I liked him.
I've no doubt I'm where I need to be.

Dr L and his staff are such amazing people. I had to step out of my comfort zone to visit with a dentist that I did not know and I was very nervous. This group is amazing! Dr. Cottrill developed a comprehensive plan to provide all the repairs I needed and furnished an itemized cost estimate up front. I am very happy with the final results and the cost which didn't vary from the quote a cent! Dr. Cottrill and the entire staff were friendly and very professional.
