I had bought a pink Rolls Royce right after thanksgiving for my daughter . It was cheap compared to most stores 250$ so that was my reason for choosing them . We kept it in the box all the way up until Christmas eve when we tried to put it together.... this was a bad idea .. waiting that long . When we plugged it up the charger immediately started smoking ! I was so upset with myself because my daughter couldn’t ride in it on Christmas day ! When the mall opened back up after Christmas we went up there to complain about the charger .. he was understanding gave me instructions on what to do to properly work the controller and gave me a new charger. Went home tried it & IT STILL SMOKED WHEN I PLUGGED IT UP nd car still didn’t turn on . So I then decided to take the car up there to him ... he was still kind and told me to leave it there with him and he would have it working the next day . Gave me a call the next day around noon to pick it up . & it worked ! Charger too ! Come to find out I hooked the wires up wrong 😑 lol . Long story short its a legit store . I give it five stars because he could have been rude to me & never was . Worked with me through it all ! Cheap too ! He’s a good businessman and we’ll be back for my daughters birthday gift shopping!

I love this store. Their selection is amazing: they carry top brands and up and coming ones so you're bound to find what you're looking for. I specifically wanted to browse Innisfree, CosRX, and Troiateke and they did not disappoint.

The shop itself is small and a bit packed. The service is super friendly and they even have free gift bags if you spend over $15 or $20!

Best toys store in sugar land, they have best variety for all ages and their prices are really reasonable and staff is friendly.

Terrible. Do not buy from here. We purchased a kids car from here and paid over $400 for it. We called the store bc I wanted to exchange it for something bigger bc it was to small for my daughter. The car had never been used at all. They were so terribly rude when I called and told me no exchanges period! No exceptions! This is terrible business practices and customer service. I just wanted to exchange it for something bigger and the one I bought is brand new and never even used! Do not spend your money here. Very rude and unprofessional.

Quite possibly the worst toy store I’ve ever been to. At least if you have kids... they have a large display of kids cars and bikes but don’t allow anyone to touch them or sit in them. If you have a child and they see a car they will want to try it out. If you do come to this store DO NOT bring your child. They looked at me with disdain when my 3 year old sat in their car and yelled at me to leave. Horrible idea for a toy store and terribly rude owner.

TOYZ is a total "SCAM". I bought a "Sit & Spin" Toys and it turned out not spinning as it should be. You can not exchange or return any defective item, at all. All they sell are counterfeit low quality toys as you get in Dollar Store. Store owner or its attendees keep looking at you as if you will shop lift. Very unethical and Unprofessional business. I would suggest all parents NOT to step a foot in this store.

The people that work in this store are beyond racist. The cashier was an Indian man who legit ended his phone call and followed me around the store. Yes, I am a black man and understand that some people have "sticky fingers", but I felt so cornered. He asked "anything I can help you with?" I politley said no and moved to a different section of the store only for him to watch me look at his products. I came here with my brother and my best friend on different days and just to see if he was gonna repeat his actions and he did. My brother and my friend split up from me and the man only followed me. (I am darker than them.) I've never felt so disrespected and racially profiled in my life. This company should reevaluate how they hire their employees. Would NOT recommend anyone to go there just to go through what I did.

Toys are trash. Paid 50 for a drum set that had missing and broken parts and the rest of the set broke that same day. They are just cheap poorly made toys. Do not waste your time or money in this store.

Thought I was getting a good deal a good quality kids motorcycle and it turned out to be HORRIBLE! Worst part after paying $200 you can’t even return or exchange! DO NOT BUT TOYS OR POWERED CARS HERE!!! HORRIBLE!
