Kelsey Hernandez is a Clinical Liasion here and she always makes sure to go above and beyond for the patients. She will always make sure patients are well informed of the process before admission, and will let them know what to expect after admission. Working with her to get patients placed is a breeze because she is so knowledgeable and cares so deeply about the patients. If you are looking to get a loved one placed in an inpatient rehab facility, ask for Kelsey and she will definitely make sure you are equipped with all you need to make the best decision for your loved one!

All of the people involved in my care here are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, outgoing and encouraging. They work together as a team. The equipment is state of the art. I am impressed by their dedication to making sure I achieve all of my goals. Every employee I have encountered during my stay should be very proud of the job they are doing.

It has been a few months since my uncle was in this establishment, but I have other facilities to compare to now. The food wasn’t that great. Nursing staff was just OK. Carmen the nurse aide was great. Case management could have been better, I felt like the therapists informed me more than they did. Therapy was wonderful.
Sloan with therapy went above and beyond calling multiple times throughout my uncles stay. The other PT girl was good too. My uncle was able to accomplish all his goals with their help. I would recommend this establishment strictly for the therapy purpose.

My experience at compass health has been one of overwhelming amazement. The staff from environmental services on onto the nursing staff have are completely amazing. I have been visited by The dietitian, pharmacists, doctor, OT and physical therapist case management and every other service provided here. They have all taken the time out to assess my niece and also give me the chance to ask questions concerning my care. I have had many experiences with hospitalization and this is the first time I feel that I have a hand in assessing my care. This this journey that I am currently on is made possible by the caring, knowledgeable, patient and understanding staff here at encompass health highly recommend. Highly recommend 10 out of 10

I wanted to comment how impressed I am with my daughter’s care at Encompass Dallas this past June and using their services again. We enjoyed working with professional staff like Neha , Janie and Courtney from the social work team and Dr Dai ‘s therapy team who went the extra mile, beyond average hospital care I have ever experienced. The staff share testing results, communicate with family and offer a team approach to daily assess and strategize her therapy. Since my daughter’s therapy there , much improvement has been made. They also worked with Superior Medicade who has also done wonders to help my daughter. Thanks to all who have been apart of our journey.

My mother was a patient at this rehab facility and I was extremely pleased with the services she received! The food was alright, better than we expected. The nursing staff was polite and helpful with managing my mothers pain. She really enjoyed when Precilda was working because she felt that she took her time with her and really tried to meet her medical needs. I will say that the therapy services provided were absolutely fantastic. Her OT Ms. Sloan really helped her get her regain her strength so she could get herself dressed and bathed. Sloan went above and beyond to make my mother feel comfortable. I felt that she really gave her and I the tools and resources for a safe discharge and my mother really thrived there.

Great nursing care and amazing therapy team with state of the art equipment! They kept me engaged in my mom’s care. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Great place to recover. Getting my independence back was a process and the team at Encompas put together a plan to get me there. Everyone from nursing to cleaning staff were professional and prompt to help any time they entered the room. Shoutout to my OT’s Kelsey and Travis as well as my OT Andrew. This team helped me to reach a degree of independence that allowed me to return home. Argie my case manager kept me informed as to how long my stay would be and how to get the medical devices needed for my home. To all others who’s names aren’t listed thank you all for making this difficult time more bearable and for treating me like family.

I arrived here with a broken back, a burst fracture of the lower spine, severely limiting my capabilites. The staff was nothing short of wonderful in helping me rehabilitate. I was encouraged, cheered, yet also pushed to my limit to get better. Everybody was kind, polite, encouraging and, above all, treated me with dignity and respect. I felt safe and comfortable here, when I wasn't in pain that is. Special shout outs to Nakayla and Alyssa. 💙 If your rehab begins here, you will be in good hands.

Saleena and Laney, two of the most compassionate health Care professionals I have ever worked with ever. These two therapist each day I have been here, have gone the extra mile to ensure I am getting what I need to be successful at home.

Exceeded my expectations. If I needed rehab again this is the place to go!!!! Food needs some work but Uber eats and Doordash is readily available….lol

This Place was amazing to come to get Rehabilitation needs I couldn't come to a better have to care for my needs to get me back on my get me back on my feet from Rehab staff was great Andrew was so caring for all my needs to get me back on my feet very professional by using the state of Art things to use and Travis was great with me too with my Rehabilitation he was caring for as using his knowledge of things to do And Dr's Mahmoud and the rest of the Dr's the Nursing Staff was great And the CNA staff was amazing especially Denise M CNA she was very caring respectful to all of my needs I wish I could have took her home with me to take care of me and CNA Renna she was was caring, helpful and CNA Jessica was A great help to me for all my needs And Beverly she was A great help to me too for as taking care of all my Over all the whole Staff was good I would recommend anybody I know who needs the kind of care that I needed

This facility has promoted good health, and helped me reach my goals quickly and efficiently! The staff is absolutely amazing from the time you wake up to the time you go to sleep you will constantly be greeted with a smile and a helping hand if needed! If you are looking for a rehab facility this is the place to go no questions asked!!!

I have been a patient at Encompass Health for last couple of weeks!!!!! It has been a very positive experience ! I have increased my strength, my balance and overall health! While the facility is great food, equipment, accommodations all super the real story is the personnel providing rehab!!!!! I was blessed to have Meghna Patel as my physical therapist Meghna had high expectations, didn’t allow me to get lazy and truly and honestly pointed out what I needed to work on All the time Meghna made it fun!!!!! Karli and her assistant Madison were wonderful with occupational therapy as well May Encompass continue in its delivery of a great program John Bonnet

The staff here at Encompass Health are off the chart awesome at there jobs from the nurses to the cleaning staff ♥♥♥♥♥♥
