I received great service. Megan was fantastic. She was very supportive of fear of having hard time in getting intervenous medication. She did fine job locating being and insertion of line. I was extremely impressed at her concern and ability to make it as painless as I have ever had done. She was informative as to what expect as far as CT and very professional. Great job!!!

I had a mammogram and then an ultrasound done today and the technician and everyone I came in contact with were very nice and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs any imaging done. They make you feel welcome and comfortable and make sure you have everything you need.

Everyone I encountered was very nice. I appreciate the care they gave me.

I've been going to West TN Imaging Center for years and the people here have always been very friendly and helpful. If you ever need a CT, MRI or just an Xray this place can do it.

I felt very comfortable with the ultrasound techs today. They were so friendly and informative and I am glad I found a place in TN to get my continuous breast cancer testing yearly! Thanks ladies for all you do!

Radiology Tech-
Gretchen is a breath of the most freshest air ever. Very knowledgeable & a "perfect teammate." Team work makes a dream work! Gooooo Gretchen. She even trains her daughter teamwork. I'm sure her daughter is empowered from her Mother in all other areas as well. Once again my thoughts & prayers of wellness for Gretchen's Father.

The center was busy but organized. There was a concern for patients comfort while waiting that I had not experienced before.

All staff members were kind and courtesy. They were informative and worked in a timely fashion.

such nice people, God bless you always, I just have one question why don't you deliver the results of the mammograms and x-rays for us? and thus bring home the results

The staff is efficient, warm and the center runs on time when I have been. Your needs are met and privacy is evident. Great experience.

Staff was great. About 15 minutes of waiting as which i though was super fast. In need of imaging this is the place to go.
