Me and my husband have been members for 4 weeks and we just signed up for another 6 months. I'm so happy I visited this place. I was nervous about being "left behind" in the group setting after 10 years of barely any time working out. I'm glad I jumped because they have been great about meeting me where I'm at while still pushing me. Each class is fun and a challenge! Shelby, Garrett and Luke have all been awesome in leading the class. Would absolutely recommend to all!

Great place with INCREDIBLE people! They don’t just strengthen your body they help strengthen your life. It’s not just a gym, it’s a community.
