Party City

Excellent customer service in making sure I knew what size balloon I had for my sons birthday. Very patient. Wasn't crowded on a Friday evening. Balloons lasted overnight next day for party and are still on my living room ceiling now.

Staff was very helpful. There was a lot of cool props to choose from.

Apparently there is a helium shortage but this location had some. I picked up some heart balloons for a couples photo session.

These guys helped me get ballon’s for my sisters bday. Refilled some that were low and helped them get into a bag to go. Ronnie helped me and was really friendly. Was busy in there for NYE but line moved quickly. Thanks.

Good store. The staff was very helpful and polite. They helped me complete my costume for my Mardi Gras performance in Beaumont Texas.

Friendly staff. Huge selection of decorations, party supplies, costumes, etc. Picking up an online order was quick and painless.

Can't beat Whataburger! Fries are the best. Triple meat will fill you up all day.

Wow what a great place for just about any kind of party you could imagine and the price was so readonable.

Nice and clean store. Used their facilities while my wife shopped and they were clean as well. They had friendly staff who attempted to find what we were looking for. However, they were out of the popular movie decorations we were looking for. Would definitely come to this store again.

The store associate, Hillary, was wonderful! She juggled my last min order and every customer that came through to ask questions or check out and got me out the door in good time. I am very impressed! I came in stressed and behind on getting these balloons for a celebration. She was the only person working that I saw in the store so I was extra worried and stressed that it would take forever but she juggled it all beautifully taking great care of us all. I left with a smile and my balloons ready to celebrate. Thank you Hillary!

The only reason I ever come here is to get burners for our chafing dishes. They always have them and they have always been in the same spot, so I am in and out quickly. I always have a hard time finding the burners at the grocery store and other big box retailers. The staff are also nice and friendly which is great.

Tracey at the Sugar Land location is amazing! She helped me pick out balloons for my son's birthday, informed me about Party City's promotions and saved me money!!

I got some balloons inflated here and for some reason within a couple hours they fell to the ground. I called the manager and the manager issued me a refund without any problems. These people over here have amazing customer service and they are genuinely concerned about their customers’ happiness. I will continue to buy all my party supplies here without hesitation! THANK YOU!!

Anything you ever needed or wanted for a party they have it!! I've never seen so many things! If you get a chance go into one of these stores.

I received my order earlier than the time I scheduled it for. Super easy process.

All the Halloween costumes were very bare on Hallmarks eve. Otherwise very nice and neat with fast friendly staff. Convenience location in Sugar Land. Have big letter signs and an array of big number signs for Birthday or graduation.
