Great selection of all the hardware and home improvement needs that you could imagine.

I really enjoy their gardening section and all the employees always been helpful and show me where the products are that I'm looking for. I like browsing for general home improvement ideas and the appliance section give me a pretty good idea of some of the upgrades I could do with my house.

Sometimes I do need a board cut and it is nice that they can cut a piece of plywood as I need for any shelving or various needs around the house.

Great location. Everyone is very helpful! I buy everything for my house here.

Great service. I went here to pick up a Golden Retriever Christmas decoration. They weren't out on the floor, but on the loading pallets. The employee that helped us went out of her way to track down the decoration and bring one out that I could purchase.

Every encounter I’ve had at this location has been friendly and helpful! I wanted to especially shout out David for helping me locate moving supplies. He noticed I was walking around aimlessly and dropped what he was doing to usher me to the right isle.

The selection of totes and moving boxes is abundant compared to Lowe’s selection. I also believe Home Depot’s prices to be better.

The absolute best Home Depot in Texas. Helpful people, great inventory. The delivery service is amazing the drivers are polite and friendly and super-fast. Mandi at the customer service desk is one of the hardest workers ever, she works more than I do and, always has time for a question.

Exactly what I needed for my DIY project. Employees in the paint department were very helpful. Also, we found a new range in appliances that beat the price of 3 competitors. Ordered it and will have it delivered by Wednesday.

I had a horrible experience on Feb 14th with a pickup order where the male associate had a poor attitude and didn't care to help out. Today however, I had Sammie assist me. She was AWESOME and I hope to get her to help with my pickup orders everytime. She verified the count of items I purchased (120 pieces @$2300+) of various lengths & made certain to replace a couple of broken boards. Also, she handled the refund for me on 2ea 2x8x16' boards I decided I no longer needed. She made up for the bad experience I had a week ago. She went above and beyond assisting me. Give her a RAISE!! or have her teach a class on how to do it right.

Mandi at customer service was super helpful! I had been looking for deck rail caps at several stores and kept coming out empty handed. The NB HD website said they had 5 in stock but they were nowhere to be found. I decided I would just buy them online, but Mandi continued to look for them and then tracked me down in the store after she found them! I truly appreciate her going above and beyond to find those for me! Definition of great customer service!

Cold front is approaching…I need a ceramic heater for the RV.
HD site says they have 55 tower heats in stock.
We head to HD across town.
Ask a clerk where they are…she says "if we have any left, aisle 5’.
Aisle 5…devoid of any heaters…big empty shelves… CRAPOLA!

Yeah, I’m disgruntled as I’m charging out.
I’m mouthing to my wife as we’re leaving…

As we are about to exit, a clerk from the CS desk hears me and asks if I’m finding everything. You know where that went..

She says, oh…earlier there was a big stock of those in the center aisle.

Head to the center aisle. Yep, 50 of them!

Well stocked store. Staff was professional and proficient, plus helpful in finding items. It gets busy with worker crews picking up supplies, so plan accordingly.

As a new home owner, I live here. Great customer service, great staff. In previous years, I've used lowes, but Homedepot is doing a great job! Keep it up. You got my business.

Today, May 15, I bought online two 24 pack of Coca Cola México glass bottles, and picked them up at: New Braunfels location, they are hard to find, but finally my favorite Home Depot stores had them, thanks again guys❗

Kimber is the BEST! She helped my husband and I today at the customer service counter. She was quick, knowledgeable and very friendly. Can’t speak highly enough of her! She has helped him a few other times and she is always a pleasure to work with.

I purchased a metal shelf today. It was big and asked for help loading it in my car. There was a young lady that worked there and she said she could help me. Her name was Gina and she was so polite, friendly and helpful. Thank you Gina!!

Sincere and caring, Ismael is the best Home Depot employee I’ve worked with. Recently went in to replace a washing machine and Ismael made the process quick and seamless. He explained in detail how to handle the delivery, 48hr window for issues & how to handle all of that. We were done in less than 20 minutes and that was after he spent time looking everywhere for a unit we could take home that day. Thanks so much Ismael!
