Go Store It Self Storage

To be clear I haven't been to the unit yet. But, the online service to rent and the service call back to complete the rental process saved me a trio into the unit during their business hours! I wish I had their name but the rep was so amazing! Kudos 👏

I am a new customer and my experience has been pleasant from start to finish. The facility is very clean. And the virtual staff is great. Logan was very helpful and patient.

I visited the location today and I worked with Jaye to secure my unit! She was informative, atreey polite and friendly, and overall provided exceptional customer service. She really went above beyond to help me, and ensure that moving my items into the storage unit will be as easy and stress free as possible.

I’m extremely grateful to have worked with her. Give this girl a raise! She deserves it!

Excellent service they quick required very little for a whole lot. She was so so cool and even did not take advantage of my nightmare.... ONE WHO HAS Many ITEMS hAS MANY Worries. And the day I went to GO store it self storage . I was able to think again. And I was practically broke, stuck in my car with all this stuff ..and I could not even put the seat back or see out the windows thank you for real for real.. not to mention it was it was 10 minutes to closing time.. Golly

I rented at this specific facility since it is much closer to my house. Upon searching online, the prices were great that I ended up, reserving and applying online on the spot.
The process was so easy and so quick. Brenda who assisted me was FANTASTIC!!! Brenda, who assisted me was quick to respond with my leasing contract, maps that I requested, and answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I went to the office to finalize a few things, and also address a concern I had about pricing. No questions asked, she rectified, and quickly gave me a resolution that made me very happy. Brenda was very courteous, friendly, and willing to help.
The facility itself is very nice. Climate controlled, very very clean, and safe. I can’t say much about previous storage facilities that I have rented throughout Dallas but I am very happy to have rented at this location.

Fast, easy and simple process, I rented a unit online and went in person to finish up! Shout out to Terry he provided excellent customer service he even walked me to my unit to double check it was clean and all was good! I am a returning customer and I had a unit back when it was under different management I left for negative reasons, I decided to come back since I seen they even had a different name now and glad I did as this staff is definitely alot better. 😊

Leasing a unit was fast and easy and the price is amazing! 10 out of 10 I recommend!!!

I have had a great experience with the storage facility the prices and everything so far. I did have a bad thing happen today though. Two ladies were there either taking there stuff out of the unit they couldn’t afford anymore look like they were on drugs really bad and they stole my purse with 140 dollars out my car and all my credit cards and went around the corner and start using them thankfully I was able to shut them all down before to much damage was done. They got me for 140 cash. Tons of credit cards which they used one for about 65 roughly. I locked my car door so I thought they never touch my friends purse or phone.

Great location - easy access off of highway and big parking lot to move in and out easily. Facilities are clean and I have several units on main floor. They added big roller carts for everyone to use which is nice. Staff is professional and they gave a little office store to buy supplies. Highly recommend!

Only complaint was bathroom needed attention..but appreciate there was one at all..thank you

Jada and Jay helped me get a unit today within 10 minutes while they were dealing with other things going on at the storage facility. Process was fast and easy I appreciate you ladies thank you

Wish I could leave a 6/5 stars for this location! The facility was incredibly easy to move into without the hassle of a normal storage facility - and was very clean to boot. The manager helped me throughout the process and made sure I was taken care of. Will be coming back when I need to store anything in the future.
