Great shop. My son is a student at UNT and had a breakdown (shot alternator). I called Robert who said he would take good care of him and his vehicle. He did. They fixed the issue fast and at a fair price. Thanks for taking the worry away for this out-of-town dad. Much appreciated!

I am very pleased with Robert and his staff at Pierce Automotive. He has repaired my two diesel vehicles and provided clear and fair assessments of the work to be done. I appreciate Roberts patience with answering my questions and his attention to detail. I feel like I have found a reliable and honest shop to take my vehicles to, that is an important commodity for today.

Robert once helped me troubleshoot my VW TDI on video which helped me quickly save money by determining the car did not need to be towed to get to the shop. Just one example of how he approaches service, which I am very appreciative of.

Robert and the Pierce family always takes excellent care of me. I’ll inquire about recommendations of what needs to be done to my older vehicle and he doesn’t recommend just to make money. He will suggest in a certain amount of miles or next time. Love his honesty.

Love this place. I have brought multiple cars to this shop and they have done an excellent job of taking car of each one. They are extremely reasonable with price and very meticulous and detailed with their work. They spent as much time as I needed asking questions and are always very thorough in the explaining everything when I pick my car up. They are always willing to work with me and I had a lot of issues with my cars and now they run great. They are a 40min drive from my house but it is a no brainer when I need my car worked on. I highly recommend this place!!

This is my go-to shop for car repairs. and I'm glad I go there, because I went in thinking all I needed was my axle boot changed, but they were observant enough to find that my back brakes were failing. I wondered what the noise was 😅.
