I've closed at this Legacy Texas Title location multiple times and it's always a smooth process! Mary is an amazing escrow agent who makes the process easy to understand. My clients always leave with compete understanding of the title process and satisfied that they can always call with any questions. We had someone who was over our closing, but we were told we could close at any of the branches. We chose the one closest to my husband's work. The first time, they apparently ran out of paper in the printer. So, we only signed half our documents. We were told we had to come back. So, a few days later, we went back and the second notary was very nice, but he missed a couple spots where we were supposed to initial. We didn't find out until I was 15 minutes away and I had to turn around and go back again. My husband went in to initial and then went back in to see if I needed to go back in (I was waiting in the car with the kids) and saw the notary forging my initials. Finally, they didn't have our tax return when we signed. This one, I made them Fed Ex to us. Not going back again. I would advise anyone to request a different title company. I'm not sure these folks know what they're doing.
