I was in desperate need of a bank account and with no questions asked was able to set up an account. Great atmosphere and verry nice and polite staff.

Horrible customer service. Branch Manager Tracy and teller Mika have no people skills. This branch lacks any type of feel you’d expect to get from a home town bank.

Were not helpful at all when some of my account information was compromised. They were combative and argumentative every step along the way when I needed help the most.

If you’re opening a new account or are looking for a new bank, definitely look elsewhere.

I decided to try a smaller more local bank. I regret it. My direct deposit is the slowest I’ve ever had. I had to finagle sending a transfer of money because my paycheck wasn’t available to do it. I’ve ordered checks twice now and I still don’t have them. I’m going to be closing my account and going to a different bank. Very disappointing.
