The employees are super nice and friendly. They always fit my size and their quality is stupendous! Some would say that Banana Republic is over their budget price, but it’s because Banana Republic’s quality is true to it’s name. I bought a couple of chinos and wash them so often that it never tear or have holes. These chinos I had are still in perfect condition and it’s been 5 years since I bought them.

Great selection of clothing and a great staff. An employee named Z went above and beyond in helping me find a shirt I was looking for. They offer some of the best customer service.

Even though I had to return the purchase I made online for store pick-up, Carrie went above and beyond to make sure that my return was processed and I was completely satisfied. It's very rare to receive exceptional customer service when you're returning something, versus buying something. Yet his attitude and sense of ownership (as if it were his responsibility or his own purchase), was impressive, and gives me a good memory and experience of shopping with Banana Republic as a whole. I rarely take time to write reviews, but my experience was stellar and I wanted to recognize him.
