The technician David Campos was excellent. I observed him educate a patient for home oxygen setup bedside in our hospital. He was thorough, professional & patient. He even educated me on helpful info to make my RT job better and I've been doing this for 30yrs. His delivery was the best!

David Campos was friendly, respectful, and very professional when he came to service my oxygen concentrator. He was quick and proffesional. He answered all my questions and took care of all my problems. I would like him to be the my tech all the time. Thank you for sending him.

I was pretty nervous prior to and at the beginning of my consultation. My provider, Donna was patient, calming, thorough and reassuring. She answered all my questions and helped me feel a bit more confident. Overall, a great experience.

David was incredible. He carefully explained how to work everything and answered all questions then had me show him how to work the equipment. I am so grateful that he was assigned to our case.I can not say enough on how reassuring and awesome he is. Thank you David!

Last night we called and asked American Homepatient to send someone to our home to inspect our oxygen concentrator. It was not an emergency. The very next day David came to our house. David was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He ran diagnostics on our machine and it checked out just fine. He changed out the filter and replaced the part that held the filter in place. He gave us new oxygen tubes and suggested that we change out all the oxygen tubes every month. David even demonstrated how to set up the controls on a small oxygen tank that we had not used in a while. He then took it apart and watched me do it to be sure I understood.
David told me that I could call American Homepatient 24/7 with any questions or concerns. I really appreciate all the extra time that David spent to help me understand the equipment and process.

My first time using oxygen I feel so lost and depressed but Mr. David Campos was so nice explaining me how to order and I need to change the extension or tubes every month to prevent bacteria he really takes pride on his job that says a lot about him and the Company thank you

David Campos came by to service my oxygen needs . He was very professional and friendly even as he was driven off I waived and he stopped and help me answer a few more ? That I forgot to ask and help me with setting me up portable oxygen backpack and explained everything I needed to know and did leave until he knew I was confident how to use it . David Thanks for understanding and tacking your time with us slow moving senior .

Chalice was exceptional explaining to my friend’s mother how to use her oxygen. She was such a sweet spirit. I hope she continues to do great things!
