Walmart Supercenter

I was assisted by Don Taylor today in the Vision Center. Don is the epitome of what good customer should look like. He was kind, patient and very informative. I appreciate how he treated me as a customer. I also noticed that his coworker Teresa was kind to the customers as well. They should both be commended.

I had to get scrubs and it was easy to find once I asked for help. Even better, the lady that helped me with the scrubs was friendly and helpful. The only reason I took long was figuring out which scrubs to get 🙂

This location is HUGE yet very clean. It was busy yet there were carts ready for the taking. I've been here 3 times and each time, the service was great. I also had to stand in the money line and Ora was very pleasant. We carried on a fun conversation while she ran my gift cards. She was very courteous too 👍

I went there to pickup a online order. After getting in my spot I was informed my back tire was completely flat. Picked up my order with ice cream and frozen dinners and drove around to auto department. After getting car checked in for tire repair, they offered me there employee freezer while I wait. KUDOS to Walmart today...

Ms. Brenda is a great employee. She also has good customer service. We need people like her in the deli.

I had the best experience at this Walmart location. The assistant manager Chris, who hangs out in automotive, was very helpful and so nice! The store was very clean and everyone was in good spirits despite working Christmas Eve.

I love going to Walmart Supercenter. It's often very busy there. I can do all my grocery shopping there as well as shop for clothes, and most of any other items I want to look at.

Nice place. Store is clean. Finding things easy to locate items. Staff nice and friendly.

This Walmart is huge! Be prepared to walk miles if you need something from the other side of the store haha.

It’s about the same as other Walmarts aside from that. Mostly self checkout, long lines, but it’s clean and organized

This particular WalMart was well stocked. The entire store was extremely clean. Staff that was around, very friendly.

Confession : There's a Walmart closer to where I live, but there seems to be more care involved in the stocking and presentation of the inventory; plus I'm more apt to get assistance when I need it. Alejandro and Tina stood out for me yesterday, but any time that I need it; someone takes time for me. I don't have a short list for this store, but if needed; stop by the Money Center and see Toni to lift any spirit!

I always enjoy Walmart, never had a bad experience with them. Walmart is the best store ever, prices, options, great customer service. Hope this franchise never closes! 👍

There's a young lady there that works in pharmacy name Veronica that goes above and beyond her job to help she is one the best. 😁

I have to admit that this was one of the best experience I’ve ever had in a super Walmart all hands down! I’m not being sarcastic or joking! I arrive unaware that I had limited cash on me and didn’t have my wallet with my bank cards.
Before checking out at the speedy checkout line, I’m I’m look I let the cashier she was very polite courteous with the upmost customer service to continue with my story I made her aware of my situation and she told me no worries at all.
I was budgeting 42 bucks and the merchandise in my cart was way over $60 or more so she let me purchase the things I most needed and kindly Grabbed the extra items and put them to the side. I then apologize for the fifth time and she gave me a warm comfort smile to let me know that it was no worries and not to be embarrassed.
I was greatly inspired by her attitude and work ethic of customer service!

I just wanted to give her recognition and we both agreed that people should have a depreciation for all the inconvenience that happen this past week from the electric companies in Texas for this outrageous power outage!

Gabriella is the best staff our here. She has a professional approach towards customers. Has an idea of most of the electrical gadgets. Makes shopping easy for us. Give this lady a raise ..

I'm a Wal-Mart veteran, so I haven't been in the store yet, but if my past visits are any indication, everything will have gone smooth like butter! Me and my mom are here about to see about getting a battery replacement and installation and the automotive guys are usually pretty knowledgeable and friendly, so I'm sure we'll have a swell time and be extremely happy with our purchase. I will edit if I am wrong about anything I predict, but my gut never leads me astray. You can trust my gut, too. 😄😉

Had a wonderful shopping experience. Was having difficulty in finding some items..both Ladazia and Tay helped us a lot and made our hectic shopping day so simple. Thank you both for your service.

This Walmart has the best selection of party supplies. I have been to several Walmart in DFW and this is the best one.
