I recently ordered a bedroom set, mattress, and writing desk from ASY Furniture in Texas, and I couldn't be happier with my experience, even though I live in Washington state. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations.

The delivery was on time, and the packaging was excellent, ensuring that my furniture arrived in perfect condition, all the way from Texas to my home in Seattle. The quality of the items was just as good as they appeared on the website's photos.

I must say that they have exceptional customer service. Sarah helped us to choose the right one and even after my purchase and despite the distance, the team remained helpful and responsive, which is a rare and valuable trait in today's market.

Great deals and very helpful staff. I came into the store in the afternoon to find some furniture after seeing a Facebook marketplace ad. The staff were very responsive and helpful. The deals were great (almost 55% off) for a high quality couch and an arm chair and the best part was they delivers few hours later to my home in the rain. The delivery was included in the total price!

I came in looking for a specific couch that I had seen this place had online. The couch is great quality and I got it for a great price. The customer service was great. I was in and out within 30-45 minutes. Be sure to check out their payment options. I took advantage of their financing option and only paid VERY LITTLE to almost NOTHING for the initial payment. Also, they set up my delivery for same day. Don’t sleep on them! Go check them out!!!! Especially if you are on a budget. They have great deals.

Exceptional service! This place is really above and beyond. Their cloud modular sectional kept selling out. Sheyla kept me updated and always answered my calls. I’ve been looking for a couch for two months with big named furniture stores. Not only did they have longer wait (a month) but charged ridiculous amount for assembly and delivery. Asy Furniture were quick (2 day delivery) and their timing was impeccable. The delivery guys were on time, respectful, assembled the couch, and took care of the disposal. They are genuinely good people and definitely honorable business. They followed up and made everything easy. The people that work here truly make Asy Furniture exceptional.

Found out about this store through days of frantic search for something that was not 'off the shelf' and with some character while at the same time not in some showroom that was 90% frills - and baking that into the product price. So glad I did.
Staff is very courteous and strongly customer oriented, they give advice if you want it, let you roam around if you don't. The interaction with Elif was great from the get go throughout the purchase, which eventually had to push to months later. Delivery was on time and installation was a breeze. Would definitely recommend, the couch looks amazing in the living room!

I had the most amazing experience buying from ASY! SERIOUSLY THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was getting super discouraged shopping for a sofa for a month+ since there's a lot of supply and logistics issues lately. Everything I liked was always backordered or out of stock in houston and especially online. I stumbled upon ASY when looking for local furniture stores. I really liked a sectional that I saw on their website (Galen sectional) and I went to check it out in person. I ended up really liking it, and decided to purchase. Sarah was really helpful and kind, and made the process super smooth. They even worked out an amazing deal for me, which Im so grateful for! The best part was the same day free delivery!! The men that delivered was so kind and cautious. They washed their hands to make sure they didnt get it dirty during delivery, and offered to assemble and remove packaging for free, I am so appreciative!!
