Yo, somebody please give B. Wright a raise! This lady has accommodate me as someone who can’t hear and speak well, minus the back and fourth(due to my irresponsibility) but this lady 5/5 and I demand for her to get a raise, she done went above her pay grade to help me out

Having only dealt with Harris county, I was blown away by the great service I got here. Not only in person, but on the phone too. Fast, courteous, and didn't make me jump through hoops to complete my ticket dismissal.

As upset as I was for getting a ticket, the people I have spoken to over the phone have been very understanding and kind. They have explained everything in great detail and sweet.

Friendly and helpful staff, explained my situation with respect and they gave me the same in return.

This is a great place.

The pictures on the wall were crooked, which is strange because you'd think that after the court fines I had to pay, they would be able to afford a level. The facilities are small, but effective at administering fines and fees, as the court sees fit.

The clerk was courteous and helpful.

Nice building and nice staff, but why must one show up in person to turn paperwork in?

The clerks are absolutely rude and not helpful. I got more information out of the police officer on the left side of the building than from the actual clerks of the court.

I came 15 minutes before closing time in hopes to fill out the paperwork quickly before closing time. The clerks waited till it was 4:55 to decide to help me so they could close right at 5pm. The Hispanic girl did not know how to file a noise complaint.
