I want to leave a good review for RIO he is in the paint department he is very informative excellent customer service. His department is in paint but he has helped me in multiple departments in that store. He is truly one of the best employees that this location has. I’ve been shopping here for a while and if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be able to complete all of my projects, he has a wonderful personality he is very And he does help with any question you might have I wish more businesses had a person like Rio he is truly blessed And extreme Knowledge go see him for your home projects. This guy is the best.

Jesse was awesome and very knowledgeable and friendly helped me find everything we needed from grease, fashion bath, light bulbs and correct ceiling fan hardware and correct wiring for drop rod. Will be back there today 09/03.

Today I bought four bags of mulch and top soil, and some other items at Lowe's. After I checked out at 12:46 PM and was slowly pushing the cart (not easy to maneuver) toward my car, a good-looking gentleman working at the garden center (probably a team lead) stopped me and said to me: "We are going to help you load into your car, can you bring your car over? I did not want the hassle and replied, "Thank you, I do not like to bring my car over, I can load myself." He then said "Ok, we can bring the cart to you car and load for you". He then asked one of his people to take care of this for me. I was very impressed by the great customer service I received.

Needed a larger fence hinge screw that reamed out of the picket going into a 2x4. A Lowes employee spent time with me to find the right size and also getting a container of Titebond III Ultimate wood glue.

Rio and Richard G. were the most helpful associates. Rio gave us ideas of what to do with our new laundry room. Richard G. did all the havy lifting on the cabinets. I am so grateful for them and their advice. 👋 Bravo! 👏

Got most everything we needed, except a replacement backflow preventer that died an horrible death during the last freeze. Guess I'll have to order it. But, nice clean experience without being too crowded on a Sunday morning.

I always have a great experience in the Sugar Land Lowe's. On Jan. 17th 2024 associate Tandra, Mr. JR, and Lillian was very helpful and knowledgeable with a smile. The SM Jalal is leading by example on great customer service. Thank you and keep up the great work I appreciate you guys. 👍🏾

Bro I loves this Lowe’s so much they always have everything you want and need. Great tool brands and things. I bought some craftsman tools a couple years ago and have been sticking with them for the most part. Ok selection of wood, but wouldn’t expect too much from this kinda big box store. Huge selection of all kinds of stuff for around the house. Appliances too and they’ll come install which is nice. Look at this chess board and shoe rack and garage shelves and cornhole set I made.

We had such a great experience here today!! Rio was so helpful from the moment we walked in, he directed us to everything we needed and was so kind! He definitely cares about the guests and his job, he was great!!!! We found everything we needed very quickly thanks to him.

I meet Rio at Lowe's in Sugar Land, TX. He was very helpful, he showed me how garage opener work. He provided very detail how to install new garage opener. He not only told me what to do, but provided me good knowledge so I know exactly what to do. Thanks Rio!!!

Rio in the paint department was extremely helpful with matching an existing color. He was able to tint a partially used quart to match paint I bought earlier in the week at Lowe’s. Very helpful and pleasant. Much appreciated!

We ordered a Fire Door from the Sugarland Lowe’s which did not get delivered because the Third Party Delivery truck broke down. The driver called and said next day delivery for sure. Next day I call and door didn’t get on truck. I had installation person coming and we were leaving town. Got Sarah involved and in a professional manner she called the delivery company and made it happen. She had just transferred to the Sugarland store and she was efficient and effective and so polite on top of everything. I was not a happy camper but she calmed me down and gave exceptional service! Please give her a raise! Thank you again Sarah!!

I like Lowe's for one very good reason; Lowe's is extremely user/customer friendly. There is always a friendly associate to help you find what you are looking for. They pretty much have most of what you need for your home and garden.

I would like to say that one of the associates at the store named Rio, that helped me yesterday on 10/21/23 was very knowledgeable and professional. He helped me make a decision and what I needed and assisted me in checking out.
I must say a very phenomenal person.
