Dr. Gillespie performed a frenectomy on my 1.5 month old son, and the whole office put my husband and I at ease in what could have been a scary experience! The office gives a lot of information beforehand and they check in regularly afterward, giving a piece of mind. Erin was able to immediately help with breastfeeding after the procedure to ensure all was well. We will absolutely use them again in the future!

I came in when my regular dentist had suggested a root canal for my first cavity ever. Dr. Gillespie was able to conservatively save my tooth with no root canal. His entire office staff is caring and attentive. I have changed my entire family to his care and we drive 1.5 hours for such a wonderful experience.

I would highly recommend the team at the Mosaic Dental office. Dr Gillespie performed a frenectomy (tongue-tie release) on my infant son and the process went better than I could have imagined. They answered all our questions during the initial consultation and explained everything we would need to expect. Dr Gillespie provided very clear instructions and also provided paperwork to take home that went over everything we discussed so there would be no confusion. I very much appreciated that they recommended our son have body work done (Chiropractor and craniosacral therapy) before and after the release. The therapy sessions showed great benefits to our son's recovery process.
During the procedure, we were permitted to be in the room to observe the procedure and then hold our baby immediately after it was completed. They have a wonderful lactation consultant, Erin, that was also with us every step of the way before and after the procedure. She addressed every question about our breastfeeding journey during the healing process and was available for checkups after his release. I am so thankful for this team and have observed first hand that they have thought of every detail to make this type of procedure one that parents can approach with peace and confidence.

I feel like my teenage daughter was saved from having a possible root canal today because another dentist suggested it as a possibility. If you are looking for a minimally invasive treatment, this is the place to go. Don't stay with just one opinion. Dr. Gillespie and his staff did a great job 👏🏼

Dr. Gillespie and his team are phenomenal.

They are weaving together old school dentistry with modern holistic health. The result is a artistically designed, bio-integration based, dental practice.

They greeted me with the warmest welcome and walked me through each step, while answering all of my questions passionately.

I had all of my amalgam fillings replaced and I left with a toolkit of connections/resources for the additional dental work I’ll require, heavy metal detox support and Myofunctional Therapy.

A wonderful experience!

My wife and I traveled from North Carolina to Tyler for some biomimetic dentistry work, initially for her. During our weeklong stay here, the friendly and flexible staff at Mosaic was able to squeeze me in for an exam/x-ray and cleaning, as well as an unexpected filling. I’m not a big fan of needles (especially needles going into my gums) however they’re technique of numbing made it a seamless and painless process.

This was by far the best dentistry experience I’ve ever had and I highly recommend them!

So thankful for Dr. G and the staff at Mosaic Dental Care! Dr. Gillespie released our son’s tongue and lip ties after months of struggling to get our son to try new foods and learn to speak. He had been surviving primarily on raw milk and very few soft foods. Three days post op, he ate two slices of pizza by himself. My husband and I were in disbelief. With the help of Dr. Gillespie and Laura Barton, Jamison is speaking and eating much better. His outbursts have lessened because of his increased ability to communicate with us and he is now working out sensory/feeding with OT. When no one else would provide solutions, Holly reached out from Mosaic and offered to see Jamison and help. We are grateful to the entire team!

I was VERY hesitant to take my daughter to the dentist due to some issues she was experiencing and my desire for more natural treatments. I was SO impressed with the entire Azalea Dental staff. They offered in office insurance options that were wonderful for us, they were kind, kept it fun for my daughter, and offered natural treatments that left me beyond impressed. I spent literally thousands of dollars less than I thought I would need to with the quality work I was looking for. I was very happy with Dr. G's mentality of not disturbing more than he needed to in the mouth and to save all the teeth possible without immediate fillings. He works to heal the teeth. This is definitely our go to place in East Texas.

Highly knowledgeable people that are super caring! The atmosphere is very relaxing and comfortable. The girls are always very polite and super friendly. Always ready to assist with whatever it is you need help with. Dr. Gillespie is a biomemetic dentist, which is rare nowdays and he lives by that! He not only takes his time with you, but is greatly interested in your health and keeping your teeth. The dental office carries its own dental discount plan, which is quite unique and it goes into effect the day you start it. I would not have been able to get done thus far without it! Even the dental hygienist (wifey) is absolutely wonderful!! It's the kind of place where even the most hesitant and scared person will find comfort. I truly cannot say enough good things about Azalea Dental and their whole staff! Thank you so much! This is the place to go!

Did the research to find one of the highest rated dental practices in Tyler. Toured the office and met Dr. Gillespie for a quick consult before scheduling a first appointment. I am the worst dental patient as a rule; very nervous and not trusting. The staff and Dr. Gillespie took the time to make sure I felt secure. I was thrilled with how quickly and painlessly my appointment progressed. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our experience yesterday! My 3 1/2 year old had her first cleaning and it was wonderful. They made her feel very comfortable and now she thinks going to the dentist is so fun! We will be back for sure :)

Love this place! Check this place out if you are looking for a dentist. My teeth have never been better. For a long time, I was not aware of how much teeth grinding I was doing during the night. My teeth would be worse If Dr Matthew and Jen haven't suggested a night guard. Also their tooth paste cleans so well and is natural! Most places just give you Crest and get surprised to see cavities later on. Everyone is so polite. Wonderful Doctors and staff.

I cannot recommend Dr Gillespie highly enough! I honestly can’t figure out why he’s not the most often recommended dentist in Tyler! 🙂 He practices biomimetic dentistry, and is always searching for and learning more holistic and minimally-invasive ways to heal and fix teeth. His method of treating cavities is a night and day difference than any other dentist I’ve ever been to!

I say this from personal experience - I have been through a complete nightmare of a situation for the past year after work done by a different dentist in town. I will forever be sad that I didn’t go to Dr Gillespie from the beginning. 😒 I had to go through hours and hours of getting a ton of work taken out and redone (properly), an abscess and failed root canal, and teeth so traumatized by what happened to them initially that I lost my ability to chew with or put pressure on them, let liquid touch them, etc etc etc. I have dealt with often-times excruciating, non-stop pain literally since the day I walked out of the first office. Dr G. has been researching, talking to other holistic dentists for advice, and finding whatever treatment methods he can to help save my teeth and reverse the damage, and slowly but surely it’s working!

ANYWAY. Go see Dr Gillespie! 😁 After all I’ve been through I’m especially thankful to have a dentist for my children that I can fully trust, and that I know is extremely competent. 👍🏼
