5 days after VisionPro released. We were just walking by and asked if we could have the chance to try the VisionPro. Didnt expect to have availability but we were really lucky to try it on last minute. Jered was helping us both experience the customized VPs, very nice and professional! even though we were so enjoying the amazement that it was already past their closing time (8pm). Jered shared our customized size and glasses info. Very exciting experience.

I have been going to this one for over 10 years. Service has been consistent over the years. Never had a bad turn away or a bad fix. For Bus.or personal. I have phone, computers,iPads and watch they have all been in for some reason and taken care of. And with patience once they got to me. I never felt rushed or stupid. So I thought I should say something especially after Covid. Even with changes they are still trying to do their best. Thanks.

Usually Apple Stores are very busy places and no one can actually give you real care about your concerns.

However this location seems to be doing much better job for any service or repairs about your Apple devices.

5 stars alone for Genius Bar Seth. Thank you for the seamless service: he’s knowledgeable, personable, and friendly!! Came in for an appointment, needed to check Ipad for constantly turning off, turns out I needed the whole thing replaced. Luckily I had AppleCare+.

Seth made the whole process smooth, and stress free! Whole interaction lasted 30 minutes and I left a happy customer :)

Chris and Hector was very helpful with helping my wife and I when we came in to figure out if we could upgrade our new iPhones and Upgrade Program plans. They were both wonderful to talk to and work with. They were very speedy handling our situation and they made sure all the T’s and I’s were crossed and dotted before we walked away with brand new iPhones! Would definitely recommend going here and asking for them both! Side note, there was an employee that checked us in that told us what we wanted to be done ‘could not’ be done there at Apple. Fortunately, she was wrong and we felt that before you deny the customers of what can and can’t be done in the store, you may want to check everything first. We felt it was extremely unprofessional and a bit lazy. We also felt that she should be trained and educated better than to simply say ‘no’ to customers before finding out if the problem could be resolved. Only con to our experience there. Other than that, everything else was great!

I think his name was Tevin but he was a life saver, spent almost an hour helping me recover my icloud account on my new phone because my old one was stolen and locked out. Can't imagine having to wait 2 weeks to recover my account. Genuinely can't thank him enough he was so patient and positive the entire time!

The experiences my husband and I have had at this Apple Store have always been great. We have been helped by Lam, Ronny, and Hector- rockstars. They are the nicest people ever; super attentive, and make sure you get the help you need. Would recommend them!

Fast and friendly people. I took my son’s iPad for a screen repair and they replaced the whole iPad. I was very pleased with the quality of service they provided and the way they treated me and my kids!

Tevin is very knowledgeable he took his time answering all our questions and concerns. Left happy and new buds for two sets, air tags and more.

Expensive ofc but the staff are very helpful, went in on a busy friday and got immediate attention. No pressure to buy anything just promoting. I was going to fix my old apple watch but she was honest with the price and told me to just buy a new one when the sales come rolling this holiday season. I wish i saw her name tag, but in and out despite the bustling nature. Also, appointments are recommended!

When I went in I thought I would have to wait a while as the place was packed, I wasn’t there more than two minutes when a genius (if that’s what they still call their associates) approached me. Very patient to answer all my questions and I think I was helped by three genius before leaving.

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Extremely helpful, quick, and easy for what we needed. We didn’t have to wait for help even though they were very busy.

Its easy to navigate, they now have new stores, will be going back to check some newer stores.

Typical Apple store: very busy and very friendly, capable staff. Stood by their product with a free battery replacement for a 13 month old iPhone 14 with battery failure. They determined battery was defective (it had expanded), and replaced for free within 1 hour.

Thank you Lam. You fixed the issue right away and were very easy to deal with!!!

Great place but it’s always WAY TOO BUSY!!! They need a bigger spot.
