I've been here for 5 years now and this has been my favorite place I've worked at. Employee safety is a very important aspect of the experience, 5S audits are conducted regularly to maintain a safe and clean work environment, management is open to improvement suggestions, benefits are decent, quarterly bonuses are nice, and everyone is generally friendly and welcoming.
With regards to our products, quality is very important to us, and we have very thorough build inspections. We generally don't hear back from our customers about runtime issues after the initial startup and commissioning phase.

I know several people who say this is the best job they've had.

Goid people easy unload might have to go up the street to get unloaded but nevertheless pretty easy

Customer service is not very good. You will scavenge hunt for what ever you are there for. Employees are rude floor hands anyway. Hr seemed to be nice.

Not a good place to work at all. I honestly don’t know why I was fired. I hate to use the race card but I’m pretty sure that had a lot to do with it seeing that I was the only person of color in the shop, and every person of color that worked there before me was fired in the same manner. I was the best welder in the shop, very hard worker, which was acknowledged by the supervisors. I was told that as long as I kept doing my job as I was doing it I didn’t have anything to worry about , only to be blindsided by getting fired a week later. If you’re Hispanic it’s a great place to work for you.
