Vista PT has done wonders for the recovery of both my knee and spine. Stephen has structured my sessions to work both areas and has never missed a beat in modifying my sessions to accommodate my needs on any given day.

Gracie too, is kind and supportive and does a wonderful job of keeping me on track. And while the work is hard, their encouragement and overall knowledge has been a powerful driver in my recovery.

Let's not forget James, who keeps the office running flawlessly. When I've had to reschedule, James is on top of it without any issues. He knows the ins & outs of my insurance benefits and is professional, kind and patient (when I don't give him cause to be).

I highly recommend Vista, Steven and team. I've seen them work with teens to seniors and they approach each patient with the professionalism, charisma and sternness needed to achieve results.

Dr. Steven is a very knowledgeable Physical Therapist ,and has been successful in working the pain out of my neck. I highly recommend him. James is great to work with when scheduling appointments. Overall an excellent clinic. Highly endorse Vista PT.

Matt and team was just great helping me rehab my chronic bad back. I suffered with my back much too long and after 12 weeks of therapy and exercise I am back to normal doing daily activities and golfing without issue. James is a great concierge for the office and will treat you well. Great regard for Vista Flower Mound.

I was back to Vista with a back pain due to working for long hours in my couch(I know I should avoid it). It was extremely painful for 3 days but 2 days of therapy and exercises suggested did the trick. I know I was getting better and now, after a week, I feel much better. Stephen, and Kelly are really knowledgeable. James never disappoints you, he knows what you need when you call him or go in person. Overall, a great team!

Having multiple orthopedic issues made Stephen’s job difficult with me. However, he listened and altered the therapy exercises to accommodate all my restrictions and successfully created a treatment plan. Along with a listening ear, he has a compassionate and caring heart. The whole staff works together as a well organized team. I can highly recommend Vista Physical Therapy.

I have been coming here for years for various issues. The staff is friendly, attentive and cares that you get better! Kennedy, Stephen and James make my visits something I look forward to rather than dread!

I timed out in my last review. But I want to make sure that everyone knows how great Vista is. James and Kennedy are always great to see up front. They greet you with eye contact, a smile and a, "Hey, how are ya today?" Stephen and Zack are excellent therapists who took great care of my 15 year old, who had been having concussion symptoms for almost 2 years. My kiddo is finally back to normal after "graduating", yes graduating, they put a robe on her and she graduated from treatment. It was actually bittersweet to be released, as we had so much fun seeing everyone in the office. We were so blessed to find this place and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. I hope we don't need therapy again, but this is where we will go if we do. We miss them and may even stop in just to say "Hi!"

Gracie is such a vibrant person who brightens up my day when i come in for pt. She is super nice and is really fun to talk to!

Matt was professional and empathetic. He was more than willing to help with any pain or strain I told him about. He gave me additional information about exercises. He was knowledgeable about any symptom and resolution of that symptom.. James manages the front desk area. He is kind, professional and helpful. Vista Physical Therapy at Flower Mound is one of the best Physical Therapy places in the area. Everyone is very welcoming and try their best to help you.
I was recommended to this place by my Orthopedic doctor because of my niggling knee pain which stopped me from performing activities like running, working out at the gym etc.
I did my therapy mainly with Dr. Stephen. He was very good with analyzing the issue, knowing about how the issue started, asking what my goals were and recommending exercises based on that. I ended up with 10 visits maybe 12 but it did really help me. I have to say i was very skeptical in the beginning as i had done therapy before at a different place which didn’t work. But I can run for 15 minutes straight without any pain which at the start was like less than a minute. So really can’t complain.
It worked for me so give this place a try might work for you too.

Stephen and Vista Physical Therapy Team are miracle workers. I had been dealing with a knee issue for some time now and within a matter of weeks they solved all issues and even helped me gain more mobility in my knees and ankles. On top of the therapy they are highly professional and attentive, from the front desk and appointments to the atmosphere and vibes. I would highly recommend Vista Physical Therapy.

Sam has been awesome!! He has brought me so far!! I could hardly walk on my knee when I came in. Had a chance to work with Stephen as well and he was awesome! Love the fact you get one on one therapy. James at the front desk is always so helpful and cheerful. Will definitely recommend to friends.

I have RA for several years. My new rheumatologist recommended Vista Physical Therapy in Flower Mound. My RA improved a lot after I started doing the physical therapy specially for my shoulders. Sam keeps teaching me exercises that improve my mobility of my upper body. I feel much better now.
James that works on that front desk is very friendly and very helpful with scheduling appointments and keep updating about the insurance informations.
