The staff was phenomenal, they helped with room size vs furniture size. Showed me pieces that I had passed by that would compliment the room I was shopping for. Sales associate, Sadiq, met me shortly after I entered the store. He was knowledgeable and pleasant and I bought a recliner. Autocorrect changed his name. I think it’s saved correctly now.

She was very professional yet very personable, working tirelessly, with no pressure, helping guide me to the best chair for my back conditions, and getting me the best price. Our Experience at La Z Boy in Shiloh was fabulous!
Beginning with Karen our Sales Rep , she listened to what we wanted and didn’t want , then she directed us to 4 different options that all could have fit perfectly , and allowed us to choose the best sofa for us. Next she even worked through the process of helping me choose just the right recliner for my needs .
Then after such an enjoyable experience, I learned they would send out an interior design rep!( at NO extra fee)!!! And Mark arrived within 2 days! He was an absolute joy to work with! He gave us such valuable insight and ideas, he is very good at what he does.
Oh, the prices are wonderful and for good quality too!!

We found the perfect chair for my tall husband who has allergies. We were helped, but nobody was pushy. They let us browse and look at several items before checking in again to see if we had questions. I am looking forward to the delivery of our new chair! I loved that there were quite a few we liked.

A great experience! Pacha and Kylie were wonderful to work with and helping us pick out the perfect couch for our newly remodeled home. My wife and I went in for a new sectional and also left with a new dining room set as well. Bringing in our measurements of our living room so Kylie could show us on her computer how the couch would fit our new space was of great help as well! We are very excited for the delivery of our new furniture!

We love La-Z-Boy! We were shown the furniture we were interested in by Karen Hitzemann. She's very pleasant and not pushy! She educated us on some of the features that we weren't familiar with and allowed us to browse around on our own, but not far off in case we had questions. We found some pieces that we really liked, and then Karen introduced us to Pacha, the Design Specialist. She showed us on the computer what our furniture will look like in our home! She then emailed us a copy of the drawings. This was a wonderful experience! We highly recommend this particular store and these people! They are truly an asset to La-Z-Boy!

Dray provided fantastic service. He was very knowledgeable about the La-Z-Boy product options and helped us find exactly what we wanted. Pasha, thr designer even made a mock up of our room so we could see what it would look like.

We had a speedy and complete experience at LaZBoy. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and very informative.

My husband and I worked with Karen twice lately to buy new pieces of furniture for our new home this summer. She even assisted us to load the recliner, our first piece, by helping remove the back to the chair so it would fit in our SUV. When we came back to the store to buy a second piece of furniture, she helped us find the perfect couch at a great sale price.

Kylie took the extra time to design a beautiful living space that reflected my farmhouse vision. They were both positive, welcoming and attention detailed without being pushy and opinionated. By mixing up fabrics, leather, and personal touches with the pillows and ottoman, I am confident my new furniture will give us many years of enjoyment!
