I bought the wrong type charger for my phone did not realize it until I got back home took the charger back to the store the next day with the receipt. the store clerk offered exchanges and suggested a certain area to look for the proper product and process the refund and new purchase in a timely friendly manner I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. Will be back for all my office needs

I went to make posters for my father’s funeral, they were professional, very confident and truly gentleman. They made an awful time, extremely easy and successful. I can never recommend them enough.

Customer service was phenomenal! Although they were busy. Daniel and Marco tag teamed and helped every customer out including a customer that had been there several minutes trying to do something on her own at the printer. I am definitely appreciative for those two gentlemen for providing exceptional customer service.

The workers at the printing staff are INCREDIBLE. I drove an extra 15 minutes coming to this location after receiving terrible service from a different location and it was so worth it! The workers are super helpful and extremely patient. You can tell they enjoy helping customers. I highly recommend coming to this location!!

Office Depot Office Max is a good place to purchase your office products. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. And the products are top quality.

I can always get the help that I need at the Rosenberg location. I am always greeted. It is always neat, clean, and welcoming. They have as much stock as anyone does at this point - actually much more. It is so nice to go into a store in these times and be welcomed by people who show interest in helping. The prices may not be the lowest out there. BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND THE SERVICE IS WONDERFUL. AND WELL WORTH IT TO LEAVE HAPPY.

Great store! Looks wonderful, and the staff is pretty great. The store should definitely be higher rated, but unfortunately most of the reviews on here are either old/outdated, about something petty (ie. not knowing where something is after the renovation), or docking points for something that is out of the store's control.

Several of these reviews complain about the customer service in the print & copy center, which I know for a fact has been and is being re-staffed, which makes most of these complaints outdated. And the first review you see, left by Mr. Nathan Rowland, is a very unfortunate experience but none of it is the store's fault. If you buy something online instead of speaking to a person and seeing what you're buying first, you run the risk of not getting what you wanted. And then it took an incredibly long time for him to get his refund processed, which again is not the fault of anyone in the store. A very unfair review to leave on a page for one specific location. Placing an online purchase means you forfeit the right to hold the store accountable if there are issues with the order. It would be like me going into an ebay or amazon store, having a bad experience with a worker there, and then leaving a review saying the entire company is awful and mismanaged. Your frustration is valid, but misplaced. This store deserves more stars.
