Shoe Palace

First time checking out the new location and I LOVED IT!!! The store feels brand new when you walk in with a nice new shoe smell! LOTS OF INVENTORY all major brands and a bigger variety of styles than anywhere in Sugarland mall. The best part about my shopping experience was the customer service the young lady gave me. She grabbed 5 pairs of shoes and checked in the back for shirt sizes for me with a smile on her face! I will be back !!!

I can't say enough great things about this shoe store! It's a five-star experience every time. The customer service is exceptional; there's always a friendly and helpful staff member ready to assist you in finding the perfect pair of shoes. What I love most is their dedication to ensuring you leave with exactly what you need—whether it's casual or formal shoes. Mireya and the staff are hands down one of the nicest people I have met who work in customer service. Since the first time I came in, I was greeted with a smile, asked how I needed help and very knowledgeable about any product questions. From there on, Mireya remembered me and knew what items I had previously purchased or inquired about.

Of all the stores my family has bought shoes from, we will no longer go get a pair of shoes while we are out. We will be sure to buy all our shoes and related items from this Shoe Palace. Great selection, clean store and friendly staff.

I've been at this location on several occasions and have never once had a problem with the customer service there is in fact and abundance of employees readily waiting to assist it's customers as soon as they enter the building.

Horrible customer service! I have never in all my years walked into a shoe store and not be acknowledged the entire time that i was in the store! Eventually i had to walk over to the register where all of the employees were congregating and playing like they were all on lunch in high school! I then asked if someone could assist me with getting a size for my daughter and even after that the congregating resumed. I asked for a manager which was a unfortunate that it was the same girl that felled to assist me in the first place! I expressed how the customer service was pis-poor and unprofessional as she tried to then give a unconcerned apology. Please train your employees efficiently or this store will not last much longer! I will never be back to this store!

6:50pm on a Thursday. People visibly inside. Doors are locked. This is my third attempt to shop here. Must be by appointment only or something. 0 out of 5 stars.

They do not answer the stores phone calls. Why waste gas when I can ask if yall have what I’m looking for?!

What retail store closes at 8 o’clock on a Thursday when back to school shopping is in full swing? Then the guy closes the gate in front of us motioning with his hand that they’re closed! Won’t be back, you just lost out on 6 pairs of shoes!

They never answer the phone when calling to check inventory before driving over there!

To begin, they don’t even have working ac in there. The staff avoids eye contact so they don’t have to come and ask what you shoe you need. They weren’t even busy and still wouldn’t assist. We left and will never go back .
