I called Speedy Rooter because my first experience with them was very good. I had a flood in my basement from all the rain and didn't know who else to call. John returned my call in an efficient time . After discussing the situation he agreed to come take a look. When he came he solved the problem speedily. I highly recommend Speedy Rooter for your plumbing needs. Thank you.

Jonah called very soon after I left my name with the service. He indicated he could call as soon as they were on their way, and he did within an hour. Very courteous and professional, Jonah and John cleared three drains and took care to go back and make sure they were all cleared thoroughly before they were done. The price was very fair for all the work they did. I will definitely use them in the future if the need arises, and I will happily recommend them to friends and family!

Without question, I highly recommend Garry and Bill to meet any of your drainage needs. Professional and courteous service at a very competitive price point. I called with a significant problem and the dispatcher gave Bill my number and he called promptly and showed up when he said he would (and even called when on the way to the project). The problem required special equipment and both Garry and Bill worked together to come to a resolution for me.
The 5 star rating is just that! My only regret is that there aren't more stars to give !!

I called in the morning, received a return call shortly after, and was able to get a serviceman very quick. Jon was an exceptional handyman! He was on time, professional, and had a lovely personality. He took the time to explain everything to me, was efficient in fixing my issue, and left the area looking as it was before. Sunday night sewer main backed up. Recommended by another plumber. Here in under 30 minutes, fixed in under 45 after that. Fantastic friendly and straight shooter on site. Fair price too.

Called them today b/c of a suspected blockage in our pipes. Called back in a timely manner, said they'd be out later today. Called a couple hours later and said they were on their way. Service men were courteous and solved the problem in under an hour. Highly recommend!

The two gentlemen were excellent, professional, completed a difficult job with toilet and tub and followed Covid safety, masked and gloved. They were the best!! They cleaned up after which added to my review of excellent!!
