It seems like that JCPenney is gearing up for the holidays upcoming. I saw a lot of staff, very welcoming and energetic, and any day, even have the music going, which was dead. In past whenever you would walk side by JCPenney, it had a vibe of its almost dead. But I saw pretty lively, so maybe it’s the holiday time all the shelves seemed restocked. Some good collection for towels and bedsheets and some kitchen items. The store associate was very slow as a cashier. Maybe he was new, but he was polite. Overall, not a bad experience this JCPenney has, the entrance from within the mall as well

Always been a great place to shop. Been coming here for years. Today, I paid a whole lot less than I expected for a pair of Nike running shoes for my junior high age kid who is in track. Great savings during 4 July Sales

Had a return, it went well because the staff were so kind and helpful! Fun interacting with the fellow in costume jewelry area! Positive atmosphere in general!!

It was a great shopping experience a lot of sales going on very clean and neat Karen at the checkout counter is very nice and helpful.

One of my favorite store where I get my kids clothing for a good price they always have deals and the department is always clean and organized lady at the register very polite .

They have the best sales and selections with their clearance items!

More check outs are needed for the convenience of the customers. Registers are old and obsolete. It takes far to long to check out. Shoppers get frustrated, lay their selected items down and leave the store.

Big and tall section was much better than average. Store was neat and orderly. Had a good experience here. Cashier was a bit pushy with the credit card

I had an unbelievably awesome experience here today. I was looking for a size 6 in a certain women’s boot and I couldn’t find it on the shelves. Stephanie helped me check and also couldn’t find it. We said okay, checked out, and went upstairs. About 30 minutes later, Stephanie FINDS us on the 2nd floor after searching the whole store for us and tells us excitedly that she found my size! We went downstairs and bought them! :) We were blown away by her service!

Ms. Robina from the jewelry department was very patient and kind. She was by herself and had at least 3 others looking at jewelry but she personalized each transaction. My family knows her very well and often comes to shop for jewelry with her. 10/10 customer service

Awesome! Got some school uniform pants as a gift? So I had no Receipt. However Michelle and Edith were truly exceptional. With outstanding customer satisfaction. Very pleased and I would suggest this location to anyone who asked. Picking up the correct sizes in 7 business days. Thanks again Michelle and Edith for going the extra mile for me and my daughter 😊

The only reason I visit this location is because of Janet’s wonderful customer service in the jewelry dept. She has helped me and my family numerous times with wedding rings, Christmas gifts and just every day jewelry. I live over 45 mins away but will make the trip. She is patient and extremely helpful with helping me chose the perfect gift.

Huge Selection for all sizes. Great Location with plenty of parking. Prices are reasonable, especially when you hit a sale or have a coupon. The store is clean and the staff are efficient.

Came hear in need of a comfortable pair of sandals and left with two pairs for the price of one I was extremely satisfied with my two pairs and of course the total purchase thanks to Lc Farley I believe it’s the name of the worker she was so patient with helping me apply for the card and if not qualified still some discount applied . I am so happy with my purchase and would definitely recomendable getting help from her .

My daughter and I were very pleased with the service that we received. Started out in the salon and we met 2 of the nicest women there that helped us with our purchase. We then made our way to the children's section where we each made a purchase. Once again the lady who checked us out was so kind and patient. After looking around the mall we made our way back to your store, this time in the womens section. She asked for assistance and the young lady was so kind and helpful. So many times you ask for help and people act as if you are bothering them but not today. The lady who checked us out was just wonderful. We were so appreciative of the customer service that we got from everyone. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Too hot 🔥 🥵 winter, spring, summer & fall. Can't shop comfortably, but I still try. Love the sales & clearance.
