Pottery Barn

I haven't had great experiences with Pottery Barn in Highland Village and I popped in to SL one day to see if it might better. Gayle helped me and was a delight to work with. She's helpful, patient and provides excellent service. Thank you Gayle!

My partner and I went in a couple weeks ago looking for a specific length curtain because we couldn’t find them anywhere. We didn’t have to look long because Patrice came over to help us almost immediately. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She told us that the length we wanted would be online order only and gave us all the resources we needed to order them. She also gave us a business card so that could have all the information we need. I would definitely recommend this store and Patrice as well.

Elvia is the best! She helped us when a few transactions didn't go right and she is very patient. She went over every detail with us.

This is my FAVORITE place to go when I want to change up the decor in my house. Everything in this store is good quality and looks great! This particular store has a lot of inventory to select. From bedding, to kitchen, living room and outdoor spaces, they have something for every type of space a house can have. Every time I go here, the employees are nice. They say hi and ask you if they can help you with anything and then they leave you alone (which I love). I hate being bothered when I'm looking around.

Went in to get a new duvet set with the wife and was helped by an employee Ryan, he was great ! Helpful intelligent and answered questions quickly, everyone else was very kind too. Will return but they’ve got to fix the a/c. If you shop where you won’t be disappointed.

They always have nice, cozy and comfortable furniture and home decorations. They never disappoint.

We love the great selection and numerous creative furniture styles that they sell. Dont get fooled by their name, although they do offer farm style pottery, they have a lot more farm/industrial furniture and accents. The quality is top notch and made in the USA. We love the reclaimed wood tables and chairs.

Great store w/super helpful & pleasant employees. I've visited the highland park location and they were civil but snooty.

The name does not do justice to the wonderful items throughout this store. If you are newly engaged this is a place you can register. The staff are friendly and they gift wrap wedding presents for registered couples free. 😉

I really enjoy the store so much. They don’t have a pottery barn kids here at the mall but this location is pretty big! such a perfect space for holiday gift shopping

We bought here some years back a dining table set and its very strong and good. The prices was fair and the delivery team so good.
