Rise Rx Fitness

I started at Rise 3 years ago and have never looked back! It is not only a gym but a community. It is such a welcoming environment and everything is always clean. One thing I love about Rise is that they are constantly changing things up which keeps things fun and interesting. They also have amazing trainers if you are looking for individualized goals! The childcare is also an added bonus for my kids. I would highly recommend Rise RX to anyone looking for a gym home and family.

I have had a lot of injuries and really needed to build up my strength and motion. I was lucky enough to meet Cheyenne and she is awesome. She knows exactly what I need and my workouts have been really great! The employees are fantastic and welcoming. I plan to be a regular! All the equipment is top notch.

I made the switch from a big corporate gym to RiseRX last year and I haven’t regretted it at all. It only took a hot minute for the staff and trainers to know me by name (I don’t recall anyone at the mainstream gym remembering me). I’ve found myself leaving my earbuds at home because I love to talk with everyone (shout out to Cheyenne) and the music in the morning is ALWAYS pop’n (again shout out to Cheyenne). You for sure will be glad you joined this gym!

I love the atmosphere and energy of Rise RX gym. People are very friendly and personal. I train early in the morning with Mike and he is creative with our work outs, always challenging.

Rise RX fitness is pretty amazing. I’ve been coming here for almost 6 months. Everyone is friendly. The equipment is great and always clean. The staff is helpful. And really for me, It’s the culture that makes the gym. Everyone comes in to put their work, everyone is friendly, and then everyone heads out. There’s no loitering, no interrupting and telling other people what to do, and no show boating. Family oriented, friendly, fun, and great owners.

Great gym. The owners and staff are so nice and personable. Even as a mom 3 months out of having a baby, they were very encouraging and kind. I love the classes and the childcare is so great for those of you bringing little ones. They always have the same girls in with the kids which is great. Also very clean.

If you are looking for a place to get in shape and stay in shape this is the gym for you! It’s the cleanest gym I have ever experienced along with all the top equipment, trainers, music and atmosphere! The owner, Mike, has a history of offering a complete experience and fitness. Never seen such a clean and well maintained place! If you need a trainer, they have the best! Try it and get in shape! They have great training classes and individual trainers. I have been using Tyler Drennon for 2 years and he is determined to get me in the best shape possible! I look forward to my 3 days/week! Tyler shows with a plan just for you! I have never seen a more dedicated trainer!

LOVE working out at Rise! The gym and equipment is kept very nice and clean! The staff is very nice and welcoming with great personal training and classes offered! One of my favorites is the childcare! So nice to have somewhere I can bring my kids while a get my workout in!

Outstanding, well-equipped, clean gym. Showers available. Thorough selection of Hammer Strength machines, free weights, and cardio equipment. Highly recommended.

Working out has never really been my “thing”. However since we have joined RiseRX I am actually enjoying going to a gym!! The owners are on site every day, interacting with the clients! The gym is clean and fresh! The equipment is top notch! And you are ALWAYS greeted with a smile!
