I recently purchased a Sleepy's Hybrid Firm Mattress from Mattress Firm, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided by James. He went above and beyond to accommodate my budget, offering various options tailored to my needs. With his guidance, I found a comfortable mattress within my price range, complete with interest-free payment options. The purchase process at Mattress Firm was transparent and detailed, and James even arranged free delivery for me. What stood out to me was his approach—he didn't pressure me into buying and instead focused on understanding my preferences, starting with whether I preferred memory foam or hybrid mattresses, without immediately discussing price points. This level of thoughtfulness is rare and greatly appreciated. I wholeheartedly recommend James and the great experience at Mattress Firm.

Tina and Brock assisted me in selecting my mattress and they were both knowledgeable about all mattresses but we narrowed it down to one that was best suitable for me. They made sure to try each mattress and asked what was my way of sleeping and offered suggestions on ways not to sleep, as on your stomach. I overall satisfied with customer service.

Tina was helpful, considerate, kind, and cordial when talking about the product that suied me best. Awesome saleswom. She was very knowledgeable of the product I was seeking. She shared her knowledge of product and allowed me to experience different mattresses. So I could decide what fit me best.

We have purchased before at this particular location. The process of picking out a mattress was super easy. Tina & Brock made sure we tried all the mattresses that fit our needs. They were helpful, nice & made the process super easy.

James had helped me really understand what I was looking for in a mattress and gave me a lot of insight into the different kinds they had there. I asked a lot of questions and he was able to answer them for me! I was able to find the mattress I wanted and ordered it the same day!

Tina is fantastic! In the time I was in her store "just looking" she sold 3 mattress sets. I ended up buying 3 mattress sets on top of that. I walked out of another Mattress Firm out of state He lost my sale. But in particular the financing.company kept me on hold for entirely too long and declined me. No problem with Tina's store. Please introduce more headboards. Tufting is out of style. Rattan and wicker is in. Rectangle upholstery is in. So I guess I will shop elsewhere for headboards. I don't like low profile beds. I want storage underneath. I wish you carried more bedframes. I guess I am old school.

I walked into mattress firm not sure what to expect or knowing what I needed. Tina greeted me and after I answered a few questions she helped me find the P E R F E C T bed! It’s the perfect balance of ‘cloud’ and lumbar support for a perfect nights sleep. Even though I kept Tina and Dewan for an hour after closing, they were nothing short of professional, patient and truly helpful.
