10/10 experience from the start! From picking out the couch in store to the communication and delivery updates. Daisy was a great help and I appreciate how knowledgeable and informative she was. I’m so happy with our couch and will definitely be doing business with Home Zone again. Couldn’t recommend more!

When you walk into Home Zone, you feel so relaxed. No high-pressure sales, no commissions and beautiful furniture. Alexander was so patient with me, since I had a zillion questions! Each associate, including the manager, approached me to make sure I was getting the experience I expected. I did! It was fabulous! Thank you HZ!

We came in because the website wasn’t working. Daniel was an amazing help with juggling numbers and figuring out what worked with our budget and family size. He was extremely helpful and kind. We were in our Sunday pajamas and they didn’t even phase him. Mr. Innocent was extremely helpful as well. Every time I had a question, Daniel would answer with the best help and if he couldn’t then he made sure to ask for help.. the folks there are so kind…

Alexander and Innocent were extremely helpful. The model we were looking for was not on display. They were able to find a fabric swatch to make me feel more comfortable in purchasing without seeing in person. They were extremely personable and knowledgeable walking us through the entire purchasing process. There was no pressure to purchase and they answered all questions with ease.

I thoroughly enjoyed shopping at the home zone store! The sales associates and manager made us very welcome and were knowledgeable about their products. Aaron was great, and so was innocent, the manager. They were very upbeat and happy, and I enjoy people like that. I bought a beautiful rug Under my dining room table. Thanks for such a good shopping experience. I will be back.

Daniel was so helpful and kind. Gave us plenty of time to shop around. But always present when we needed him. Excellent service and such a nice young man and showed great patience!!!

From beginning to end, our shopping experience was great! Initial visit we were greeted by Daniel which helped us with the selection process of our new couch. He was patient with us and gave us great ideas on selecting the right piece of furniture that highlighted all our needs. Both Daniel and Alicia aided us through the whole process and we couldn't be anymore happier with the decisions we made with our purchase. Highly recommend this location!

Love the environment and comforting nature of the store. The welcoming of the staff is great and the fact that they get the fact across that they don't work based off commission is great. They really just want you to make the right decision for you, not for their benefit. Hailey at the NW Loop 820 location in Fort Worth was a delight! Very friendly and helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for. I walked out a very happy and well informed customer and was confident in my decision that I found EXACTLY what I wanted! We just visited a new home zone showroom in lake worth Texas and it is a beautiful store! I was very impressed with the amount of beautiful furniture they have available. Aaron helped us and was very helpful and kind. He allowed us to browse on our own without interrupting. He was there if we needed him to answer any question. We will most definitely be back. Very satisfied with my purchase. I love the quality of the furniture. The staff is attentive, warm and offers you space without putting any pressure on you, which makes the process more relaxing. The coffee maker is a big plus🥰. Delivery was great and the track system works very well. I would definitely buy from this store again.

Every associate that spoke with us was a perfect mix of helpful and attentive without being pushy. Amy was so helpful and pleasant to chat with when we finally decided to purchase something. We had a nice experience all around and found exactly what we looking for.

I visited this location after noticing it was new to my local shopping center. Upon entering the store we were greeted by Amy, who was very warm and welcoming. We were offered free ice cream sandwiches, water/soda and coffee/hot chocolate. Amy did a wonderful job checking in on us as we toured the store and answered any questions we had. We were able to test out the mattress gallery and Amy helped us identify what mattresses would fit our lifestyles for our next visit. The employees do not work off of commission. Therefore, I did not feel any pressure from Amy or any of the employees while we looked around. We will definitely be coming back to this store for simply the vibes and good people. Thank you again Amy!

What an awesome store! We were in the market for a new bedroom set and I spent hours and hours scouring the internet. My daughter has bought several pieces of her furniture at Home Zone and suggested I look there. The 1st time we walked into the store we were greeted by Daisy. She told us she doesn't not work on commission and would be around as much as we want her to be. I found several bedroom sets I liked but was undecided which one was "the one". After thinking about it for several days and going to a few other stores I knew Home Zone is definitely the place to buy furniture. When we returned we told Daisy our budget and looked around the store again. They have so many choices and a variety of price ranges (I have to mention they even have free water, soda & ice cream)! Daisy was able to work her magic and I got a bedroom set that is even better than I thought we would get. Home Zone is now the only place I will buy furniture from. Thank you Daisy & Aaron for making my dream bedroom a reality.

I’ve been coming to Home Zone for years and it’s always the same great experience. Amy was fantastic helped my husband and I visualize our space to make the best decision.

Aaron and Innocent were so accomodating and willing to answer our questions. They were not pushy at all. Very chill kind people. They set us up with a great buy. The guest bedroom will have a beautiful queen bed now. I would totally come back and shop here. Don't forget to check out the clearance room. Great finds there.

We stopped in today, just to look around. I'm so impressed With their customer service. Aaron was so helpful with getting measurements and product information. We will definitely be back!

Daniel did a great job making sure we were attended to and cared for. Really nice guy!! Fusti also does an amazing job with the sets and they gave me and my wife so much inspiration. Overall, great customer service and sets!

Very friendly as soon as we walked in. Our girls enjoyed ice cream and drinks. Cameron and Alexander answered all of our questions and helped us find a couch. We found an amazing deal. Definitely recommending to all our friends and family members to come shop here in the future.
