Great customer service in the computer department! The employee answered all our questions without trying to just up sale us. As a result of the no pressure, honest feedback on products that would work for us without trying to sell the most expensive item, we actually made our budget go further, bought a few additional items we hadnt planned to buy and got everything we needed for our son's computer.

I’ve only been here two times while living in Lake Worth. Both times a young man Xavier has helped us - he was friendly, knowledgeable about the product and even offered a second opinion when we weren’t too sure about a purchase. He was happy to help us get approved for the credit and willing to show us several options of everything we were originally in the store for.

Amber was extremely helpful at exchanging an Xbox controller for my husband. He had ordered a used controller in “excellent condition” that was missing a crucial component of it. She brought out some other options that he could change his out for and was very kind about it! She saved the day by going above and beyond and going into the back of the warehouse to find replacement options.

Had a new head unit and backup camera installed in my car here. Purchased it through Best Buy, and the pricing for the install was competitive with other shops. The install team was courteous and quick, and they did a great job. The new head unit looks great in the dash; if it wasn't for the fact that it's a 14 year old car (on a 20 year old platform!) you'd think it was stock.

Xavier was super helpful. Very knowledgeable. Noticed me immediately looking for something and asked if he could help me locate anything. He found some stock that was not on the shelf up front. Give this man a damn raise!

Hey it's Best buy... They never try to screw you over and service is generally much better than you find in other stores. Can't go wrong

Sai is probably the best associate i’ve spoken to in the past decade. He knows the car space and is able to communicate knowledge very efficiently. He made my car installation much more relaxing and the end result was spectacular. tyyyyy mann.

Had a great sales person (Brandon at Lakeworth store), great price on refrigerator, and great delivery guys. Highly recommend! Love the new GE side by side! Great lighting and capacity. Only 2 cons: no drip escape on water dispenser and ice maker dropping ice is a but loud. Refrig is very quiet. Am very pleased with my purchase.

Had to go in a couple of times. Purchased an open-box monitor but when I got it home it was smashed so returned it they were helpful and bought a new one unopened.

The associate Paola that assisted me taught me quite a few things while helping me to make the best decision for my purchase.

The place is lit very well, I expected it to be bright with all the technology that they have but it was a soft tone. Within a minute of looking for what I wanted I was assisted immediately. We found what I was looking for, and the clerk was a great conversationalist. the experience went very smoothly because there weren't any moments where I felt cheated, honestly reassuring and reliable. Malik was an absolute sweetheart. He really helped and kept things light and funny. Definitely would want to get help from him again! Got a really nice computer for college and he explained things to me and helped me count my money cause I payed in cash😅

Geek squad was so helpful! I did stand in the computer section for 20 minutes without being acknowledged. That kinda sucked!

Went to see Austin at the repair bar to have my Samsung phone fixed. He was not able to help me because they didn't have the part but he was so incredibly sweet and kind and very knowledgeable. He was even nice to my children who were not behaving has the angels I know they can be. Anyway Austin is awesome.
