SMILEY DENTAL FAIRHAVEN

It was my first time going to this clinic. I went in for a consultation and Dr Chang was very pleasant and kind. He let me make the decisions about what he thought I should do. I can't say enough about his wonderful staff. His hygienist/assistant was awesome! So gentle on the cleaning and X-rays. We all know x-rays are not fun. And she was very sociable. The front girls were so professional and nice. Every thing was sure, we can do that, I'll check into that for you.... Just so nice. I've been searching for a dental office for ever, I found it! My son's going to go there too. Thank you, thank you, thank you. 😀🦷

Excellent service! The workers are so friendly and amazing with my 3 and a half year old! It was our first visit here and definitely won't be our last. Much better than the previous dentist we had for her.

Went in today after a horrific experience at a different pediatric dental office a little over a month ago. My 6 year old daughter has high dentist anxiety as well as many sensory issues, including in her mouth and positioning of chair when looking and working in the mouth. Today the staff and dentist could not have been more understanding and kinder. They worked with my daughter and knew to use the heavy vest (usually used during dental x-rays) as a weighted blanket, had a tv for distraction, sunglasses for the light, and they knew how to talk to her and not bully her or try to "trick" her into anything. They also have tooth fairy tokens which is a super cute/cool idea and my daughter is very excited about. They definitely made "going to the dentist" less scary for my daughter and I am forever grateful. If you are a parent of a child who has special needs, I think you can understand exactly how important today was to us. I am so happy to have found this place and that we gave them a shot.

What a great experience this was! My daughter had a dental emergency over thanksgiving and they were quick to get us in immediately on Black Friday.
From the initial phone conversation, to the front desk check in, through the exam and upon leaving with new appointments for the whole family, this was by far THE BEST dental office experience I have ever had!
Dr Fang is so professional and has a great personality. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything.
His assistant was amazing and so knowledgeable and caring.
They both had a great sense of humor as well.
Totally lightened up a normally stressful experience. I feel confident in the care that we received and plan he has set going forward!
Looking forward to coming back for my appointment!

I just had my teeth cleaned today at the Fairhaven office. ( I had a 30 year root canal which was beginning to fail) Dr Fang explained my options in great detail regarding my particular situation which put my mind at ease. Thank you so much to Dr Fang and the entire staff for displaying such a friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. (terrific cleaning and polishing job too)..... Great office!....... Mike

Everyone is so nice and understanding! I’m someone who gets really bad anxiety so I just listen to my music. They always check in and make sure I’m doing ok. They try to be as quick as possible while also making you comfortable and your teeth look nice. :)))

I love going to Smiley Dental! Just yesterday they were able to take me the same day i called for my wisdom tooth pain. They extracted the tooth with no pain and were so comforting. My girls love going here for our cleanings too. I highly recommend!

Great dentist, very polite and professional. I had an unusual time constraint today and they were very happy to accommodate my concerns! I left there a Very happy customer.

The hygienist was very thorough and kind knowing that I’m nervous going to the dentist, The dentist was also very nice and was very observant making sure I was comfortable, and not scared he even held my hand at one point, I’m impressed and would recommend them!!

My sister was there 2 weeks ago and had a cavity filled, however, she was told by a different dentist, she had to have it pulled. She rant and raged about how happy she is with the staff and the doctor @Smiley and saved her tooth. The doctor was very efficient in her examination and really took there time. Very pleased with her experience. I recommend Smiley Dental to everyone.

I was having a 6 month cleaning and c-rays. The doctor and staff were very pleasant and competent. My teeth feel great.

Dr. Fang, Jess, and the staff know what they are doing and go above and beyond. I very rarely give 5 star reviews but today's experience merits one. Any Dr. That pinky promises you something not only has a sense of humor but is confident at what they do. Pain Free and (am I actually saying this...) looking forward to our next consultation. If I had a Christmas card list Dr. Fang would be on it! Thank You!
**Update** 10/28/2023 - 2nd visit went smoother then the first. Jess, the good Doctor, and the rest of the staff are TOP NOTCH. Thank you to everyone. Looking forward that nice smile you are all promising me. :-)

I love this place!!! I brought my 3 yr old daughter in for her 1st cleaning and check out today and this place is amazing 👏, the staff was so sweet and funny and made us feel relaxed, they have a little play ground set up for the kiddos to play while you wait and do paper work. Very happy I found this place

My 5 yr old is comfortable here, and loves the indoor play area. The dentist is great, he makes both of my kids laugh. He's very knowledgeable and straightforward. The techs are very sweet, attentive, and gentle. The office is good with reminders & flexibility, and the space is very clean. I do recommend it!

I have sensitive teeth’s and I was scared to go to the dentist appointment. I went there and literally my teeth so nice and no pain at all I recommend you guys to go here.

Went there recently, first time there. The staff are awesome and helps with any questions you have. The Dentist is super cool and professional. Haven't done any work yet on my teeth. Will keep you guys updated. 👍

5 Stars for Dr Fang for a good job on my recent extraction of a cracked tooth. It’s never pleasant but he has good technique and was able to get it out all at once.

I was absolutely taken aback and astounded with the amazing treatment I received here. From the moment I walked in I was received with open arms. Their lead assistant Jesslyn made me feel comfortable with the procedures that they were performing on me and explained them every step of the way. The doctor (Dr.Fang) was amazing he made it a safe space for everyone and treated me very well. Lindsey was also a very nice person to meet I recommend Smiley dental to all my friends and family for it the best place to receive proper and professional care.

Had a very good experience. I’m not a huge fan of dentists, and haven’t been for about 10 years. Very friendly and understanding of my horrible management of my teeth and got me right into get me fixed up. While making me feel comfortable.
The staff was very sweet and the dentist was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me.

Absolutely love this place. Especially doctor Fang. I have had severe anxiety with dentists. But this place is amazing. Dr. Fang really went out of his way to make sure I was ok. His staff was second to none with follow ups. I can’t recommend this place enough. This is truly like my second family. Will never use anyone else
