Nordstrom In House Coffee Bar

I had a wonderful experience at Nordstrom today. Natasha Walters was so helpful and kind. She helped me in the men’s cologne department and helped me make an exchange. I hadn’t shopped much at Nordstrom before (because it’s a little far from where I live) but found myself there needing to make an exchange. The customer service I received today will definitely make me consider making the drive more often!

Excellent service at checkout, Nordstrom at the North East Mall. Purchased a Christmas gift for my wife. Janice in the women's department was so nice, courteous, helpful and very efficient. The line went down fast; she treated every customer like family. Many thanks. Give her a raise!!!

I LOVE shopping at Nordstroms. Their customer service is awesome and their staff was extremely helpful. I had a lot on my hands with my little one and the Children's department manager, went above and beyond for all of my needs. Plus, their return policy is easier than any other retailer.

However the store felt like a sauna. Please turn on the air conditioning when the weather is still warm here in the wintertime. Linditta & Andrew from the men's department are amazing. Ur very fortunate to have them on ur team!

Had a great time chatting with Elena at the Jo Malone counter. I ended up with a beautiful jasmine fragrance. I love that Nordstrom allows you to make perfume samples so you can try perfumes on your skin and see if they work well with your chemistry. That really helps with making a decision.

Needed the perfect shoes for an outfit--Check!!! Dina was amazing and helped me find the perfect pair! She rocks...I actually had fun shopping again. I don't know why I wasted my time going to Macy's and Dillards at The Parks Mall. Nordstrom's service is impeccable!

Flew in for a wedding with no wedding cloths. I walked into the store with literally 1 hour untill the wedding started. Me and my wife looked around for about 15 minutes untill we were met by one of the salesman names Jeff. I told him we had 30 minutes to find something. He quickly grabbed the perfect size suit, shoes, belt (all quality items but at great discounted prices) and had them tailored to my size on the spot. I changed in the fitting room and was out the door in 30 making it to the wedding with a minute to spare. This was a great shopping experience and would recommend this store to anyone. Just ask Jeff for help. (And he disserves a raise after pulling that off in such little time)

This store carries a wide variety of skincare lines, some you cannot find elsewhere, such a La Mer. Aldo an excellent selection of quality clothing and brands with edgy selections that are not in the usual chain of department stores. Sales attendants at Nordstrom are active and working to greet you readily and ensure you find something you will like! I highly recommend visiting Nordstrom.

Great place, Nordstrom is really the only place I shop. They have excellent service and don’t mind the prices as a trade off on great service.

Over the years a lot of the locations definitely reduced their in-store inventory (bummer) especially on watches, accessories, handbags, etc.

I’ve noticed that each location is catered to the demographics. My favorite of all locations in the DFW Area is the North Park location, they seem to have the widest variety for in-store options and carry a lot of the higher designer brands for sure (demographics right?, lol).

Northeast Mall location has always taken great care of me, most recently went yesterday and Paula (shoutout!!) in Fragrances who took care wonderful care of us!! She took the time to understand what my mother was looking for (since i don’t have a clue about it and with all the overwhelming options) and found something even better than what we had come in for!

I always seem to be attracted to their exclusive men’s line in clothing, fragrances, shoes, whatever else. Really minimizes your image being duplicated and always get compliments!

If you shop at Nordstrom’s relatively often, get the Nordstrom’s Credit Card OR join their rewards program, it’s seriously worth it! Especially if your not one to keep up with “coupon deals”, they have all your rewards details on record!!

Helpful, friendly needed a suit at 9pm and needed to be ready in two days...my size is always hard to be found but we got it that's to the help of my favorite store and also tailored and out within 24 hours. #clutchwork!

If you're looking for a suit and your budgets around $500, using or applying for the nordstrom card takes you an incredibly long way in savings just in tailoring cost alone

When I started wearing suits a decade ago, I'd hit up shops like k&g, men's Warehouse etc...in the end by the time I got to the total cost it for the entire outfit, it only made sense to go with Nordstroms

Besides there's no better feeling than the one you get wearing that power suit and walking into a room of people, an event, wedding celebration, board meeting, client meeting anything!

You just feel like you're ready to take whatever the plan is on!

The attendant in the lingerie section was incredibly helpful and made my visit a success. The sizing was done professionally. Directed me to nordstrom rack online which provides affordable prices for said items.

As reported on 05/12/2020, this Nordstrom's will not reopen after the pandemic and will close permanently.

While I didn't shop at this store (not my style), I usually used it as my main entrance into the mall (very easy access via the 2nd floor in the parking garage - especially when Sears closed).

It always seemed sort of out-of-place compared to the majority of customers that come to North East Mall and it just felt/looked a bit empty/sparse (especially on the 2nd floor) so I guess they had planned this store to go away sooner than later.

It's still kind of sad to see this go since this was considered such a big deal when they opened it after the mall remodel, but it's not totally unexpected with either.

Way better than Starbucks. Their dairy free options taste a lot better too. I love coming here to get something before I screw around the mall. Has some Pokestops right outside, so a good place to chill and go thru my mall catches.

Attentive staff and helpful selecting garments for the gentlemen that does not enjoy shopping. Great savings and deals with the Nordy Club, alterations available, along with curbside pickup!

Nordstrom's has excellent quality menswear but you're going to pay for it unless you happen to catch a great sale. I prefer shopping here vs The Rack as you never know what you're going to find at The Rack vs Nordstrom's retail. Service and product knowledge of the menswear is top notch and if you're a muscular or large man you'll be able to find dress shirts with a large enough neck size.

One of the smaller Nordstroms I've been to but they definitely cater to the local demographic. you wont find Gucci and Louis here but you'll find good prices and sales. Customer service is killer and NICHOLAS at the Clarins Makeup counter is AMAZING he has helped me find great foundation nd primer to work with my skin (estee double wear and Laura gallier primer, dior eyelash primer!) he is honest and comes from a loving place when it comes to make up and even has helped me with fashion advice! Furthermore, I've heard some people say they're intimidated by stores like this because they can be snooty but i have never encountered that. Even when i have returned hundreds of dollars worth of online purchases i never once felt like i was being judged or looked down upon. Nordstrom puts their customers first and this is one of the only department stores i shop at anyymore

Wednesday makes the best French Press/Pour over coffee ever! They have a good variety of milk alternatives. They’re all such sweethearts! Gloria is awesome!

Staff at the women's jewelry section were extremely helpful and her attitude towards customers was superb. Highly recommend this mall Nordstrom location. .

This place has the best black coffee I have ever had, and by that I mean the caffeine was definitely in this cup of coffee. It could be because I am used to my brand of coffee, but after I had a medium sized coffee I got a new pep in my step. I will be buying ground from here in the near future.

Went in to Nordstrom to walk around and ended up buying something , Mr Isaiah was very friendly and knowledgeable about his items , I would definitely recommend him to all of my family and friends
