FYE North East Mall

Caleb was amazing. I bought a ton of drinks for a get-together and they took the time to make sure everything was double or triple bagged. I really appreciated them taking the time for me like that. This store has a ton of fun drinks, candies, and manga! Highly recommend.

A little pricey but have some sales that almost even it out but honestly has a really great variety of things I personally like compared to any other nerdy hobby store I've been to.

Completely over priced on almost everything in the store. Luckily there was a really really good sale on wedge Antilles helmet. 60% off. Fun to look around though.

I WAS UNKNOWINGLY SIGNED UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION TO THIS COMPANY AND HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR ALMOST A WHOLE YEAR FOR NOTHING!!!! Absolutely will never spend another dime with this company and will heavily encourage others to never return. If you do shop here use cash and not a card they will sign you up. Also no phone is ever answered to cancel this membership so I have to get a new card to cancel the auto pay.

BUYERS BEWARE! THIS STORE SCAMS!
Pay very attention when you pay, because they will trick you into signing up for the Backstage VIP Membership without letting you know that it's a monthly subscription.

They will tell you it's only your email, the next thing they ask is your driver license, they will keep repeating "oh this is for your 30 days free and 10% off today". They will not explain to you that after 30 days FYE will charge $12 every month. And IT WILL BE A HASSLE TO CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP ON THE PHONE. Thank God I caught it right when the lady at the counter said we would give you 2 free months of magazines subscription so pick 2, and I was like why are you giving me free magazines, what's the catch, are you charging me for the 3rd month, oh wait, what am I signing up for? And she said oh just call the phone or go to the website and cancel within 30 days. NO!

This is marked up their prices when you can get 90% of their stuff on Amazon for so much less. Upon checkout, they will pull the trick of signing you up for the membership without you knowing it and they will let you deal with the mess on your own.

If you must buy something from the store, DO NOT ACCEPT THE 10% DISCOUNT! PAY OUTRIGHT AND LEAVE! No need to give out your info.

FYE make their employees do this because if the store doesn't reach a certain amount of people "signing up" then they will start cutting hours of their staff. Disgusting business practice behavior. Also, shame on the employees for being paid less than $10 an hour.

It is illegal to sign customers up for the scammy "backstage vip membership" without their consent. The employees will make it seem like everyone will get a 10% discount and proceed to sign people up. The store sells products that are more expensive than you can easily find online, and then "give" 10% off having their staff lied to customers. Do better!!

Prices on the tag are not what you pay!! If you don't pay attention while they're ringing you up they will charge way more and claim the price tags are wrong all around the store. Fix it!!

As an action figure collector their prices are outrageous. They don't sell at MSP. I don't see this store lasting long in the mall.
