Red River Pharmacy LTC

Brandon Jones is an amazing representative for this company. He was to deliver and train us on TNP machine so we could take my dad home. He showed up , but the hospital had decided my dad needed an additional test before being released without informing him. He graciously waited well over 2 hours until my dad had the test done. We were so thankful he went out of his way and waited or else we would have to reschedule. The world needs for people like Brandon who not only care about their job, but care about the patients.

It's an unbelievably outstanding pharmacy. They deliver out to Holly Lake Ranch, and their drivers are courteous, smiling, and give me a "God bless you." Wish I could give 10 stars.

This pharmacy services my moms assisted living. They did not deliver her heart meds for 3 days and I was not notified by them or the facility because they did not notify the facility. Skipping heart meds can be a serious consequence. I contacted after hours when I found out and was told by them that they do not talk to patients. Horrible. I would not recommend if you care about your loved ones.

Way too many critical errors and mix-up with medications. Was sent a bill saying I owe for medications that are covered by my drug formulary. Was never given a courtesy call explaining the"denials", they.assumed that I was okay with opening a credit account. I don't like it and I don't want a credit line, A simple call to me advising me about issues getting medication and denials. That was never done. I'm fed up with Red River Pharmacy. I will never do business with them anymore. I don't trust them.

Horrible people.
