Today I met John at the counter he greeted me with a robust greeting as soon as I hit the door. I was there to trade in my phone, I was kind of sad because I owned it for a long time but John assured me it was the right thing to do because it was an iPhone after all. After that he told me all the great benefits of the pro plan, I would've gotten it but unfortunately was low on cash, after hearing that Josh recommended some creative ways to make the money to get the plan. I will definitely be looking into it! John is the epitome of gamestop customer service. He even wished me lots of nice words as I left. You can tell he truly cares about his job, and was very fast and efficient at trading in my phone. Go check this location out if you want awesome customer service

Anthony was very helpful and called to check on a promotion I heard about to see if it were true and, in most cases a lot of people would have made some thing up so I am very appreciative that he took the time to do that

They staff is super friendly and they always tell me what I need, even if I don’t know what I went there for. And they make sure they are well stocked. Specially for the holiday pikacu collections that my little girls absolutely love.

The guy I talked to was so nice and helpful! He knows his stuff definitely and even gave me advice on where to sell my NES or to to buy games for it. I didn't catch the name but if I were the manager I would give this guy a raise! All in all service is great, great products and good employees.

There was a line. Usually is. But it was fast. He wasn't very knowledgeable but we made it work.

Very helpful staff. I was buying games for my great grandson and had no idea what to get. The sales person spent a lot of time explaining everything to me and my great grandson was very happy with the games we decided on.

As a PC gamer and twitch streamer absolutely love this place the employee's are nice and extremely helpful and they have started getting large selection of computer stuff
