AT&T Store

AT&T assistant Hugo was very caring and explained everything to me thoroughly and had me up and running in no time people at 301 N.N.W. loop 323 are very good people to deal with!

Manhattan was so helpful through the whole experience, every step he took care of. We came in late due to our busy schedule and Manhatten took care of billing transfer, activation, and trade in. Staying late to do so for us! He definitely made a long time customer out of us, amazing customer service, quick, and so polite during out time!

Andy gave exceptional service. He had at least 7 customers at once in the office and he gave each of us all great service. Explained everything and took the time to transfer all of my information. If he is not the manager he should be.

After a very bad experience with customer service and the store in Lindale, I went to this store. They immediately helped me solve my problem! Ashley and Andy are very nice! Andy set me up with a new SIM card and phone number, and helped me get my prepaid account back. If I'm ever in a position to afford a contract, I'll go see Andy and Ashley again!

Went in yesterday to get my son a new phone. Freddy and Ashley were super patient and super helpful. They even helped us with one of the little bundles they had in store!

My husband and I came in to this store with some questions about our new phones. Freddy waited on us and was happy to help us even though we weren't buying anything. He spent a lot of time with us and was very knowledgeable. We came back a couple of days later and he was resolved some more problems we were having. He was a pleasure to work with.

Manhattan was the best person I've ever worked with. He helped me get my Hotspot up and running very quickly and professionally. He was courteous and greeted everyone who walked in.
This store was great as there was no long wait and it was clean.

The young lady was very nice & straight forward. She answered all my questions, gave me good offers, showed me all of my options & made my experience easier. I got my new iphone 12 pro max & she was easy to talk to.

There were 2 representatives that helped us while we were at the West Tyler location. That was because they went to lunch alternatively but the long visit was due to the insufficiency of Verizon's customer service. AT&T was very helpful. Looking forward to doing business together for the next few years.

My 90 year old father-in-law needed a new phone without all the hassles and attempted sale up. Marco waited on us and he was really nice and helpful. A big thanks to him and AT&T. Pop's got what he needed and got his Military discount after several years with AT&T.

Madison was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. Though she was alone in the store she managed to service up to 3 customers at the same time with everyone leaving happy! She got my husband's phone set up quickly-without making me feel stupid. Thanks Madison!

Marco is the best! Took care of me and all my needs! Definitely recommended everybody to come see him. The last manager Madison was horrible and made me lose hope in the company but Marco made up for it! Will be coming back soon to sign up for direct TV!!!

Had an excellent experience with Erik at this store - My wife and I came in with a very complicated account situation that was unfortunately created for us at another ATT store in another city. ATT Customer service couldn’t even figure it out (even after about 10 calls to them) but Erik was extremely patient, personable, knowledgeable, and professional - he figured out a solution for us thanks Erik!

Best store ever, got me 3 next phones and Sandra helped me set up every single one. Very helpful people and very nice. No long lines I had to wait more an hr at another store and didnt even get anything done. This is a great store to come to. They take care of business.

Tina and her staff are the absolute best. Fast, friendly superb customer service. Always get what I need and if Tina doesn't have it at her store, she goes over and beyond to get me what I need. Tina is what we need more of in wireless! 😉
