Entergy Power Plant

Had a great outage ! Plant was so very nice and kind to of my guys . I would relocate I liked it so much .

Clown show of an electric company. It always takes days to get power restored, and they'll straight lie to you about the reason it's down. Then the restoration time gets moved like 5 times. This is not an isolated incident. It's every time with these bozos.

Closed to observe the holiday while my house is a fridge thanks to the winter storm. Entirely local issue, have been out for nearly three days. They restored the power to the street over who went out after me, and have pushed back the restore time 5 times with no explanation. Hope you all enjoy your warm homes for Christmas while I'm sequestered at my in laws in one room and everything I bought for Christmas dinner rots. Trash.

Go my power turned on said it would take three days. So spend money on a hotel.
Bought some Groceries, that are now bad.
I have four kids and it's hot.. 91 in this house.
Today is day 3 and its 5:16 pm.
Unprofessional.

Hey wey been without power for the past 11 hours, we know people that has the same electric company and they haven't lost power at all since the storm started what is happening? Why is taking so long to get power back we have kids what are we supposed to do!!!!!!!?????? This is in willis,tx is freezing y'all need to do something about this asap!!!!!
