Corner Cafe

Came here for a Sunday breakfast because there was immediate seating. We were seated quickly but then our friends asks to join us and we asked if it was okay to wait on them. Staff were super nice about it and made the accommodations. Specials board switched views a bit too quickly so I simply took a picture of it.
Didn’t get it, but the Chicken Fried Steak looks so good we might have to come to this side of the metroplex just for it.
I ended up with the sausage, egg, and cheese burrito. It came open like a very large taco but that just made it easier to add salsa and hot sauce. Very yummy and hit the spot. Definitely will go back if I am in the area.

What a awesome place to eat!! Affordable prices and great food. Big portions. Wow! Chicken fried chicken with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli casserole was tasty. $10.49 before tax is a great price. They have breakfast too and served until 2 pm when they close so get here sooner for that. 😂

From the moment you walk through the door, it's like you've entered a time capsule. From the decor to the ladies working, this place is authentic. Sweet tea and sweet treats, all guilt free while being made with Splenda, the possibilities are endless. The food. Amazing! To say the least. I opted for the chicken fried steak with eggs and potatoes. So delicious. So tender you won't need a knife. My daughter got the mini corn dogs with fries. Also pretty darn good. Not sure there's an item that wouldn't be home made from scratch and taste amazing.

The sweet couple John and Arlean let my daughter take the last cinnamon roll (Arlean shared with me that they make them from scratch on Fridays and once there gone there gone) after they already ordered it. Too kind. I hope they enjoyed there free breakfast; it was the least I could do for their kindness towards my daughter.

Always great service, great prices, good comfort food, and we are so blessed that it is not far from our home.

They had a roving beverage gentleman who had our water and coffee almost before we got settled in our seats.

I love the old-fashioned, unlimited supply of paper napkins along with all the essentials and extras.

The whole meal for two (in our attached photos) with beverages came out to $21.

Very relaxed atmosphere... You can see that the service staff has worked together for some time.. each one traded off with the people who came in to eat. Staff knew just about everyone who came through the door, greeting them by name.

Hey guys if you want some good old southern food. You've gotta try Corner Cafe in North Richland Hills. The food was delicious and a really good price. They don't offer military discount BUT they do have very reasonable prices for their food. I ordered Eggs Benedict. With home fries smothered and covered with a side of gravy and fresh fruit. It was great. The service fast and delightful. Thank you #TheCornerCafeNorthRichlandHills I will be back and I'll meet you at the corner 😉

Had the CFS breakfast about two weeks ago. That was a very good CFS! I was pleasantly surprised. Service was awesome as well. I’ll be back!

That was the absolute best lunch I've had in a while. I got a grilled chicken with bacon, and let me just say I've never been so happy about a sandwhich. Wonderful pricing and amazingly friendly staff. Can't wait to go back for breakfast!

This is currently my favorite place to eat. My mouth is watering thinking about their chicken fried steak, green beans, and loaded mashed potatoes!

Their patty melt is the best one I've had in my life if your looking for something cheaper than a IHOP this is the place.

They are only open for dinner on Friday, when they serve delicious all-you-can eat catfish! Even the cook gets creative at Halloween with "zombie" catfish!!

I drive by this place every day on the way to work and I always want to stop, but never do. This morning I finally did, and man, I've been missing out! I had just a simple bacon and egg breakfast with toast, potatoes, and gravy. It was so good! Although there seemed to be only one server on duty, our service was great. I will definitely be stopping in at least once a week now, and I can't wait to try their lunch specials.

Really good food. I've had breakfast and lunch there. The breakfast is better than what most people would have at home. Lunch didn't disappoint, either. The service is great. You definitely won't be disappointed if you give them a try.
