Every experience I have had here has been wonderful. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and even called to check on me to see if I had any questions when they noticed I was taking new medications. The other pharmaceutical staff are very friendly to me every time I come (which is multiple times a month since I have many medications). I am a very satisfied customer!

My entire family has been doing meds here for years and years! They are like family. Fast, friendly and working like they CARE about us. We really appreciate the knowledge of the pharmacists -- like a doctor! And look forward to a welcoming smile from all the window staff. Thank u for faithfully taking care of us. xoxoxo

The pharmacy staff was helpful yesterday and the clinic, 1st experience, was amazing! I had to go after a dog attack for meds, tetanus, cleanup and they were so nice, helpful, caring. Highly recommended.

Convenient place to go for your simple things that you need by not going to the grocery store and dealing with the crowds and the long lines. Great pharmacy with a friendly staff.

I’ve been using this location’s pharmacy off and on for a year or so. Service has always been fine, but this week it has been exceptional. On two separate occasions, the pharmacist has gone out of his way to help me find coupons and has saved me over 75% out of pocket expense on a ridiculously overpriced prescription. He truly did not have to do that, and it was very much appreciated. Highly recommend.

I had an urgent situation today Tuesday 08/11/2020. I ran out of my prescription, and CVS (store # 2976) failed to inform me that the prescription I take is on back order and unavailable. I understand we are in a pandemic, but it would have been nice if I was made aware of the situation as the patient, so I wasn’t scrambling to try and figure something out last minute. They said the closest CVS that had the medication in stock was in Grand Prairie, which is too far to travel on such short notice. I transferred my prescription to this Walgreens (6350 Davis Blvd, North Richland Hills, TX 76180) and Johnny was amazing! He was so kind, compassionate, and helpful with getting my prescription transferred over quickly. Based on his customer service alone, I’m really considering transferring my business back to Walgreens. The only reason I was mainly with CVS anyways, was because my previous employer had them as the preferred pharmacy. Thank you Johnny/Walgreens for helping me so fast and efficiently on such short notice. Keep up the great work! I appreciate this VERY MUCH!

Sure is easy to find something to complain about. Not so easy to remember who helped you. I have been using this location for several years. The staff has always been great. Some of them call me by name. Always have smile on their face. There. That wasn’t so hard. Some of you complainers should try it.

I totally misunderstood this pharmacie until recently when I realized definitely overworked overworked definitely need help poor folks in the Walgreen they are overworked. Good people work hard trying to help me understand how it works out. No problem yall keep up the great job.

Wow. Seriously this is the best Walgreens I have ever been to! Robert was able to help me out when there was a product out. he was accommodating and recommended me product to help me get my point! 10/10 customer service from Robert!

No lines and Shays a great place to get the things that you need at the grocery store without the huge assortment of competitive products. Grab and go

This Walgreens is down the street from my house and I've been going there for 3 years. I've dealt with pharmacist and other employees and have never had an issue and have always gotten help I needed.
