my review is in regards to the salesman Josh Minick, who sold us a Ford Escape. the Ford dealership was the fifth of the day for us, and we had yet to feel 100% comfortable with making a purchase up to this point.
Josh was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. He understood our needs as we expressed them and did not try to push vehicles higher than what we were looking for. we ended up with a 2018 Ford Escape with 70k miles on it.
Josh is a smart salesman who is professional before, during, and after the sale. I'd recommend seeing him if you are looking for a car/truck.

I had a great experience with Tyler Ford. I went in for a Bronco and left with my second F-150. It's really hard to change because I love my truck so much. Great ride, comfortable and has everything i want. Dennis was great to work with and very transparent about everything and that gave me confidence in this dealership.

I’ve used Tyler Ford’s services two times now since my son is going to college in Tyler. With both repair requests, they were quick (same day or next) to get his truck in the shop and get the repairs completed. They stayed in communication each step of the way and always worked to ensure the pricing was fair. I live in the metroplex but am considering driving the 2 hours to them when i need work done to my truck. Their customer service is that good!

Tyler Ford has been a great. Special kudos to them for not taking huge market adjustment, like the big city dealer's, on a popular vehicle. I certainly recommend them if you’re looking for a Ford vehicle. You need to stop by and see them before you buy. Ask for Lane he can’t be beat for the friendly way he conduct the often stressful vehicle purchase. Their fair dealings has won me as a customer.

Bobby Flores gave me 5-Star service and nothing less! I was nervous taking my car into Tyler Ford mostly because of the stigma that shops will try to take advantage of a naive girl, but that was not the case here. Since I dropped my car off, to the day I picked it back up (a little over 3 weeks I believe), Bobby made sure I was taken care of with constant updates, explaining numerous times the diagnostics of my car, he worked to lower my total bill, and even got me a loaner car during this time I would’ve been without one. I cannot stress enough how I recommend not only Ford but Bobby to take care of your services! If anything were to happen to my Fusion again (prayers that it won’t), I’ll be asking for Bobby again!!

I had a front end alignment done on my car a few weeks ago. The service department got me an appointment quickly and they got me back in my car just as fast! These guys and gals(Candi) continue to impress me with their knowledge and customer service. Give them a shot if you haven't already! 😎

This dealership is friendly and has a no-pressure vibe! My biggest concern when I began looking for my next vehicle was the usual stress you find from the sales staff, but here at Tyler Ford, I did not experience any Pushy salespeople.
