Great rooms. The super friendly welcome at the reception was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, you might want to pack some earplugs if you mind the constant highway background noise.

This hotel was AMAZING! The people working the front desk were so friendly and inviting at all hours of the day. I came here not knowing what to expect- but I was pleasantly surprised. At a rate of about $100 a night, I got a living room with a smart TV (YouTube, Netflix, Max, and Showtime- all for free!), a bedroom with a smart TV, a comfortable bed with very clean sheets, a spacious bathroom, and daily maid service. Inside the room was a small fridge, a microwave, closet space, and a desk for work. There was a 24 hour gym, a pool and hot tub, and late night check in. There was also a continental breakfast daily- but I didn’t try it. Overall, I do not have one complaint about this hotel. The room was quiet despite being right next to the elevator on the third floor, and the location of the hotel was really convenient. I’ll be staying again for sure!

We were there two nights over Labor Day weekend. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Didn't love that there was one remote for two televisions. Breakfast eggs and sausage were good and hot. Most impressive were the three different people we engaged with at the front desk - each one was super friendly and accommodating - a rare and truly appreciated commodity in hotels these days!

We stumbled on this hotel while in Dallas,TX, after Holiday Inn Express on Hurst canceled on us after we booked for three nights, and they said we only booked for two nights. But I'm really glad we came to this hotel because customer service was great, the place was very clean, very modern. I believe it was built in 2019. Breakfast was good. They had a variety of food. I wish we went there first, anyways I would definitely recommend it.

All of the staff was amazing and extremely friendly. The guest washer and dryer are in definite need of an upgrade. The front desk does provide detergent which is a plus. The workout room was great. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the large area for eating the standard continental breakfast. I could definitely hear the highway traffic in our room. Overall the stay was great.

Very clean staff was helpful and helped us to find food places to go like San Diego tacos.

Great rooms, pool, hot tub, and free breakfast. Also, the guy working at the front desk was the most athletic, genuine, nicest guy in customer service I experienced in a long time. 5 stars for him alone. I wish I had remembered his name.

Evening front desk girl was the sweetest. A tornado warning came through and she gathered everyone to make sure the storm passed and we stayed safe. My kids loved the indoor pool ans hottub. Comfy beds and decent breakfast

Stayed here for 3 nights on business and the front desk clerks were amazing! They all had very great customer service and greeted everyone with a smile and acknowledged every person that walked in. Never stayed at a hotel with this great of customer service.

Not Instagram worthy perhaps, but perfect in functionality. Beds were good (little firm to be but not bad). The hot tub and pool were great and clean. The staff was super friendly, professional, and helpful. And they even had a sample size of laundry detergent we could use to do laundry before we left.

I will definitely consider this place again in the future.

Post-pandemic, I've had 7 hotel stays in this price range, and this was the best. Friendly, attentive service. Clean, attractive, functional room ready on time. Well-stocked and well-maintained bathroom (a little small if 2 people trying to get ready at same time). Modern electronics including fast & slow USB charging ports. Towels are decently thick and fluffy. Mattress is firm but with soft pad on top, quite comfortable to me. Clock radio is FM only but supports Bluetooth. Breakfast was served on time with adequate variety of hot/cold items and plenty of condiments. This location doesn't lend itself to nice views out the window, but there's easy access to many local attractions. Fitness room is 24-hour and impressively equipped for a mid-priced hotel, except the machines' built-in TVs don't seem to be connected. My only real complaint: If you want to cool down on a hot summer day, you have to take a dip in the indoor pool (open til midnight) because the shower only has one knob to control both the water temperature and pressure. So if you turn it on full blast, it will be super hot. If you want it cooler, it will only be a trickle.

Our family had a wonderful experience at this Fairfield! We arrived late and had a very friendly and pleasant check-in. I asked about the pool hours and the front desk attendant said we had a good thirty minutes to enjoy it. Most people would have said you don’t have time. She was very welcoming and positive. ☺The hotel was extremely clean (probably one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at!) and the beds were comfy. The shower had good water pressure, the Paul Mitchell products were nice, and the room itself was spacious! Breakfast was well thought out. Instead of offering a typical buffet, they have two extremely sweet ladies serving you. They were kind, accommodating, and quick. They wiped every table in between folks and I had to compliment them on their service. It was the absolute cleanest breakfast area I’ve seen in a hotel. We had a very comfortable stay here and would definitely stay again. I highly recommend it. Also, look at the reviews on Hotels.com or Trip Advisor when booking a hotel. This hotel is deserving of 5 stars. 3.9 is definitely not a reflection of the actual experience you will have here.

Staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly. We had a last minute change and they accommodated us completely with absolutely no fuss. House keeping is absolutely wonderful and so super friendly!! There were 2 adults and 4 young children. The pool and hot tub were amazing! Breakfast was wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel or friendlier staff!!

ALL of the staff was super polite and friendly. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, continental breakfast was surprisingly good. We originally only booked 1 night, but extended to 2 because we were so pleased with the service and cleanliness

Wonderful. Luxury full size tea tree shampoo, conditioner, and body wash from Paul Mitchell. Super clean hotel rooms with mini refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast was wonderful with hot item options like eggs, sausage, and make your own waffles. Only things I would recommend for improvement would be the TV options, it had mostly subscription only apps (Netflix, Hulu, and so on) to watch and the location of the hotel was not the easiest to get to. You have to come from the back side of the hotel because the front way is off a one-way road, so if you miss your turn, you gotta drive back around again. Still, I highly recommend this hotel from others in the area and will book again!

I've stayed at this Fairfield Inn & Suites several times for the past year and continue to do. I fly to DFW to work at our Ft. Worth facility and found this location to be very convenient to our facility but also a tremendous value. Compared to the other hotels between DFW and Ft Worth -- and there are many options -- I would recommend this particular location to anyone doing business in the area or even on a family trip. The gym, pool and just about everything offered here is several levels above your your typical Fairfield and a welcome relief and obviously run by someone who knows the hospitality industry and cares. I'm a lifetime Marriott Platinum member and the operators could teach some of the other hotels in the area a thing or two about how to run a hotel.

Hotel staff is very welcoming. Hotel is also very clean and well kept.
Hotel does provide a courtesy van to/from airport. Hot breakfast, gym and pool are a great addition. Hotel is within walking distance to many eateries.
Besides the housekeeper walking in on me..🙈 My visit was great and will definitely patron this hotel again.

This is not the most money efficient but concidering what the rooms look like they are amazing for the money. Every attendant/employee I interacted with was very polite and took care of whatever I needed. They do need some sort of outdoor grill or something. But there is a nearby park that has grills and Pic nic tables.

Rachel W. Was very professional and nice. It's great to be greeted with a smile and friendly staff. The hotel is stunning. Our king suite is breath taking with relaxing music already playing as we entered the room. Can't wait to try out the hot tub and pool later.

The clerks at desk were friendly, great customer service also attentive. Housekeeping service was Amazing, Can't Thank-you enough.We spent a week at hotel and plan to return again.
