APEC sits on a stable foundation of amazing trainers, a great community, and state of the art facility! From the very first class, I knew it was my new gym home! The trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging, and the workouts are very adaptable for all fitness levels.

I've tried my entire life to find a workout plan that works for me. APEC Spherical provides an engaging and high-intensity program that's kept my routine consistent for several years now. The coaching staff is world class, and it's clear that strong leadership values are at the core of this organization. The encouragement and accountability the staff provides has been a big part of my success. I am so glad I found my APEC family, and I've enjoyed the health benefits of having a fitness regimen I truly love!

Professional athlete training. They offer something for everyone. Whether you are a professional or you are recovering from a medical issue. They offer the support the knowledge and the motivation to get you back where you need to be. Next time I have to be rehabbed this is where it will be. You can get a real support system here good luck getting it at some of these other rehabs in Tyler. Well...they started turning on the stadium lights at 5am. They shine right in the bedroom...man oh man. They turn on the music at 5am. Sometimes til 9pm. Guess what? Not my kind of music. Real drag. I dont see how these people get up and work out before dawn. Plus me waking up that early? Better just crash all day and stay up all nite.

Great people, knowledgeable staff and first-rate facilities. No wonder the best athletes in East Texas come here. Not to be intimidated however, I’ve seen older folks and those JUST getting active and patience and professionalism is the modus operandi.
