Jose is THE BEST!!! Hes friendly, cool, fun to be around. And he also makes his customers very comfortable!!! His customer service is GREAT! He explains everything and makes sure his customers are satisfied by the time you leave!! Will go the extra mile for his customers!! Cant go wrong with him!!!

I just got a car from them this past friday. Love my new car. The day we went in service was a bit slow as they were very busy and had 2 employees call in for that day. But everyone was very welcoming and very friendly and very apologetic for service being so slow. If you happen to stop in there ask for Poblo Martinez he was the one who went threw the whole process with me (application, test drive) he was simply the best. I think I laughed threw the whole thing! He will do what he can to get you approved and in a car. I highly recommend Tyler Public Automotive Group!!! You can tell them I referred you!!!!

I was totally amazed with the process of purchasing a car here. Lacie was great and so was the rest of the sale process... I went in on Wednesday, did app, provided proof of everything, all paperwork needed and did initial test drive. Fell in love. Was one slight issue I was worried about so they had their mechanic take a look at it the next day and so today I arrived, retest drove the car to be sure the issue was corrected and purchased the car. I would recommend this place to ANYONE and especially go talk to my girl "LACIE", she made things happen!!!

I’ve had my car almost 2 years, no problem as long as you pay on time…
If you dont they turn it off till you do. Other than that everything is great! I will come back if things change

Highly recommend Public Automotive Group! Most places I’ve gone you can feel the pressure into just selling you a random car, but this place let’s you check it out at your own pace, help find what you’re looking for (within budget as well!) and open to questions without hesitation. Our visit to Public Auto was not short of amazing. We have 1 car already with Public and noticed that making our payments on time made our credit score rise tremendously. We went Monday to get a second car. The service was the best. We were very indecisive on which car we wanted and the staff wasn't pushy trying to get us into a car we didnt want or couldn't afford. As a matter of fact, it was the exact opposite. They were very patient, accommodating, funny, friendly, and made sure we were satisfied with the car and the payments. This is probably the most outstanding place to go for a car Micheal and Pablo helped me get into a new car after a wreck and I could thank them enough. I don’t know what I’d do without there help and I appreciate them extremely. I’ve bought two cars from them now and haven’t had any problems (other then causing them by myself). There cars run smooth the warranty is awesome and the customer service is fantastic!

Hands down the best place I've dealt with, I've been on the search for a new car for months. Bralon went out of his way to make it happen. Even went and got the car I truly wanted from the back.
