Takes forever to get anyone to answer the phone.

Didn't have the medicine i needed, even called other pharmacies which was awesome or was until i got there. Had a different rx called in they waited till i got there to tell me they no longer contracted with my insurance, then told me the first medicine was low cost out of pocket so they could just fill that. CONFIRMED they could fill the rx they called me and said they didnt have, lady confirmed. Called me 5 mins later to tell me my rx was out of stock AGAIN. Waste of time.

Worst pharmacy in Tyler. They don't even deserve 1 star. Was trying to check on a prescription for my 87 yr. old mother over the phone. I gave all her info including insurance that they asked for which took about 10 minutes. She then put me on hold to speak to the pharmacist. I was left on hold for about 10 or more minutes. They picked up the phone and hung it up on me. When I tried to call right back, it was closed for lunch. My mother's medicine was important but not to them!! I will never go in that trashy place for anything again. Bunch of dummies!!

HORRIBLE pharmacy. They act like they shouldn't even be working in a pharmacy because they OBVIOUSLY don't know what they're doing.

Slowest pharmacy in all of Tyler or Athens or Canton and the young lady at the window has zero manners!
