Dan's Meat Market

When my fiancé and I walked in to the market. We were greeted immediately! We asked for sausage, and the gentleman behind the counter said it wasn't available. As we were leaving another gentleman came out, and said they would make it. We were stunned, as we had traveled a long way. They exceeded our expectation. We will surely do business again there. I Have taken three steers to Dan's and he has done the best job out of anyone i have ever used. He is very affordable and you get all of your meat back. Anytime i hear of someone that is raising their own beef, or pork i tell them to call Luis at Dan's Meat Market. Great Job, you won't be disappointed.

What an awesome meat market. Picked up some salt and pepper fresh sausage and some Pencil Dry sausage today. The dry sausage did not make it back to Cypress , very good. Can't wait to smoke the fresh sausage this weekend. Young man behind the counter was extremely helpful.

Been shopping at Dan's for three years. The service is great. Special orders are done by next day. I have traveled and taken meats with me countless times always packaged the way you ask for it. Love that it is family owned and operated. Highly recommend Dan's to anyone.

We took our steer to Dan's, and they did exactly everything we asked. Their sausage and jerky is delicious, and they are great folks to work with. Very professional and excellent service.

Excellent steaks, pork chops, ground meat, etc.
His T-bone and Rib Eye steaks are delicious -- he cuts them right in front of you.
Ask him to season your steaks -- he does this upon request & vacuum seals it -- at NO extra charge!! (The other meat market in town requires a 2-day advance request.)

His market is in a tiny strip shopping center on Austin Street. Service is outstanding!

We stopped there Saturday (June 1st) at 1:25pm heading back to Austin, not realizing they were closed. A REALLY nice guy was inside and waited on us, got us some chickens and wedges of cheese we requested. He didn't have to do that and said if he's ever there after hours, he'd help us again. love this place.....wish there were one in Austin.....Thanks, Kris
