Office visit was amazing from the front office to the visit with the doctor. She took her time never did I feel rushed. She listened and was very compassionate.

The care from the staff was phenomenal. I would definitely come back again and recommend this clinic to anyone. Nurse O was really caring along with her staff.

I went to Pattison First Family Clinic in mid July after reading reviews and speaking with the receptionist. When I arrived at the doctors office I felt comfortable. The receptionist was very kind and calming. I did not have to wait long to see the doctor either! When Dr O came into my room to speak with me, she was very welcoming, personable and knowledgeable. She took her time with me and did not rush her way to another patient. She listened to what I had to say and was very pleasant throughout. Dr O is the kind of doctor you’d like to listen to just for her knowledge alone. To top it all off, Dr O took the time to call me later that day just to check on me🙂 I was truly touched😌From now on I will make her my go to doctor if need be 🥼

Amazing!! She remembers all her patients; I went back today after 5 years almost and she remembered me and my whole family! Very gentle as well, I was sitting waiting for the pinch of the needle for blood work and I looked down and she was practically done!! Would recommend to anyone!

My first time experiencing a family practioners office that made me feel so comfortable Ms Sandra is a very warm-hearted free spirited person, as soon as. I entered the office I felt at home. The front desk rlady is sweet as well they were very quick and understanding at not one point did I feel judged or disrespeced Great first impression

Diana at the front desk was prompt and very courteous. Dr. Sandra was awesome and very helpful, I didn't need a prescription but she gave me helpful tips on what I should do to help with the reason of my visit. I was in and out in less than an hour, great service!

I saw the doctor here for the first time. I had a very positive experience. She is very nice and knows what her patients need. I'm happy I found a good doctor close to my home. I will be returning there in the future.

Dr.Sandra is so kind and sweet she gave my baby her 4 year shots and my baby was in pain but she picked her up and hugged her and made her feel better and I love her for that 💕
